Unser Haus befindet sich in einer privaten Sackgasse, nur 50 Meter vom Fort Lauderdale Beach entfernt. Der Highway A1A (unsere Querstraße) ist die Hauptstraße des Ozeans, die von Miami nach Norden durch Fort Lauderdale nach Palm Beach fĂŒhrt. Fort Lauderdales wichtigstes Nachtleben und Strandrestaurants sind nur 2 km von unserer Straße entfernt. Die berĂŒhmte Galleria Mall mit exklusiven GeschĂ€ften liegt 1,6 km entfernt und die Sawgrass Mall mit Hunderten von Outlet-GeschĂ€ften erreichen Sie in 30 Minuten. SupermĂ€rkte, Kinos, Golf, Restaurants und das Nachtleben sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt von unserem Haus entfernt, wĂ€hrend die Innenstadt von Fort Lauderdale / Las Olas Boulevard ein großartiger Ort fĂŒr KunstgeschĂ€fte, Boutiquen, Nachtleben und gehobene Restaurants ist. Bootsfahrten / Angeltouren, Jetski und Parasailing werden in der NĂ€he am Strand von Fort Lauderdale angeboten. Der Hafen fĂŒr die wichtigsten Kreuzfahrtschiffe von Fort Lauderdale ist eine 10-minĂŒtige Fahrt entfernt, wĂ€hrend der internationale Flughafen Fort Lauderdale eine kurze 15-minĂŒtige Fahrt von unserem Haus entfernt ist.


Haushaltsausstattung: Unser Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein paar zusĂ€tzliche Annehmlichkeiten fĂŒr Kinder und Erwachsene. Im Hinterhof haben wir eine Schaukel mit Babyschaukel sowie eine regulĂ€re Schaukel. Mit dem Spielset sind auch eine Doppelschaukel und eine Rutsche verbunden. Unsere Tochter liebt dieses Spielset! Es gibt auch einen abnehmbaren Sicherheitszaun, der den Pool umgibt, um UnfĂ€lle fĂŒr kleine Kinder zu verhindern. Ein sehr wichtiges Sicherheitsmerkmal, mit dem Kinder im Garten spielen können, ohne befĂŒrchten zu mĂŒssen, versehentlich in den Pool zu fallen. Wir haben auch eine große Auswahl an Brettspielen und Kartenspielen sowie eine Playstation fĂŒr Videospiele.

FĂŒr die Erwachsenen (oder Kinder!)Wir haben ein Boogey-Board fĂŒr den Ozean und eine Schwimmmatte. DarĂŒber hinaus haben wir im Bonusraum neben der Suite ein komplettes Set „Hanteln“ mit Kurzhanteln, ein Bankset mit Pulldown und 300 Pfund. vom Gewicht. Wir haben auch einen Gymnastikball fĂŒr Sit-ups. Im Naturpark direkt hinter unserer Straße kann man natĂŒrlich immer am Strand joggen oder Fahrrad fahren!

Great location

Great location, one block to the beach. Safe neighborhood, great back yard with heated pool. Host was very responsive. Beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc) were available. There were more than enough beds and living space for all of us. Outdoor space was great. We’d stay again!

This property's location was perfect - just a few minutes from the beach, and about 10 minute walk to a plaza with some restaurants and stores. Also, the host was very polite and responsive. And the house was large, enough space for everyone and comfortable in terms of beds/accommodations. However, the property is pretty dated - I did not realize it from looking at the photos. It was also not cleaned well. The kitchen sink/hose was not working properly, and the stove was difficult to navigate as most of the touch buttons were erased. The vents were very dusty, which resulted in sneezing and coughing, looks like whoever cleans the house should do a much better job. Kitchen supplies could be better - all knives were pretty much dull and hard to use, but I ended up buying some, so it was manageable. The beach supplies were old/broken/missing but the landlord did offer to reimburse us (and he did) for buying beach supplies, it's just one doesn't want to spend time shopping for beach supplies when on vacation. There were only two lounge chairs by the pool area (the comfortable ones to actually lay on by the pool). But overall, it was a good experience. There are no smart TV's in the house (I thought there was one in the living room, but it wasn't). I would give it 3.5 stars, but VRBO didn't give me that option so that's why I gave it 3 stars.

Great Location and Ample Space!

Girls trip! Loved the proximity to the beach and private (heated!) pool. There was ample space for each of us to lounge, eat and sleep. Home was clean and the owner was very responsive and friendly. Only thing to possibly note is the home could use some updates. But, overall, a nice find and I would return!

A1A Beachfront Avenue

This VRBO was only steps from the beach and during March break the location was perfect, close to amenities (a lovely little French café Nanous) but far enough from the spring break chaos. The beach was great and safe for the kids to move to and from the beach and house without concern. We rented a car and it was an easy drive up Sunrise blvd to get to a Publix or the huge Sawgrass outlet mall. The house was dated but clean and well kept. The back years had a great pool and was an oasis. Craig the owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Highly recommend!!

We completely enjoyed our stay while we were in Fort Lauderdale. The house is in a great location, so close to the beautiful beach, plus the private pool was perfect when we just wanted to relax at the house. The home has multiple seating areas giving plenty of space to stretch out – and the house was very clean! Check in and check out were super easy and Craig is a wonderful host. We had a great time and hope to return for another visit soon!

Great stay!

Craig was super informative and helpful. Our flight arrived very early, and they let us check in early. The house itself is super close to the beach and equipped with a pool. The safety fence was perfect for our kids. The house had so many kid items, it made our stay much more enjoyable. The house also has a large office off the master, which we used as an extra bedroom for one of our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

The best part of the property is the proximity to the beach. It is just a few homes away with a direct walk light to the beach opening. Craig, the owner is very responsive and wants to ensure you have a good time. We recommend this home for family vacations.

Perfect Vacations

Property was exactly as advertised and provided exactly what we needed for our stay in Fort Lauderdale. We enjoyed our stay while we were in town, the location is fantastic. 5 mile radius to literally anything you want to do, Check in and out was seamless. Craig's home is in a great location, just down the block from the beach, with plenty of space in the home's multiple bedrooms and living areas. The furniture and condition were a bit worn/outdated, but consistent with the photos and everything was clean. Craig was very open to communication and provided recommendations, which were really helpful.

The location to the beach was perfect. That’s where the highlights ended. I was expecting more for the money. First, there were no washcloths . How do you bathe without a washcloth. Owner said people were staining them. So I had to supply my own. Second the place is out dated. Everything was dingy. Ceiling fan was making a loud squeaking noise, freezer icemaker broken, bathroom faucet loose. Dryer in garage squeaked .. unannounced pool guy randomly in back yard our first day. And don’t get me started on beach supplies. Had two chairs that we used the rest were garbage. No ice chest so we had to purchase that too. No umbrella again $$$ for our 5 night stay.. owner could do better with this property.

What a great house!

Had a great stay at this property with my family. There were 8 of us, including a 3 and 5 year old. It is very kid friendly! There's a pool fence, which was surprisingly hard to find in that area. Pack n play, highchairs, and so many books and toys were available too, including beach toys. Plenty of room for us all. There's an office room with a futon connected to the master that isn't mentioned in the listing. We used it for one of the children. All the beds were very comfortable. The furniture was comfortable too. Plenty of towels for bath and pool. Lots of things provided that most rentals only give as a starter set; toilet paper, soap, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher packs, washer detergent, ziploc bags, foil, coffee filters, etc. There were also plenty of condiments in the kitchen. Many of these things might have been left by previous guests, but it was nice to have them. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and dishes, including children's dishes. We had everything we needed to make meals. Outside spaces were great. We felt like we were in our own secluded little jungle. At least part of the pool is shady most of the day. It was so nice after coming back from the sun at the beach. Pool starts off shallow. Our 3 year old could stand up in it. It does slope down to at least 6 feet or more at the other end. Short walk to beach and there is a pedestrian stop light at that corner. Owner very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation home

We rented this listing for a multigenerational family for the month of March. Location is great, right across the street from the beach with many restaurants, supermarkets, cafes nearby. The house was great, plenty of room, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and flatware. Pool area was lovely with comfortable seating and was maintained for us during our stay. Craig is a great host, very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Comfortable and Convenient

The house is in a great location, seconds from the beach and minutes from local night life. The owner was very informative and understanding. We look forward to coming back and hopefully staying in this location again!
