Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill make meal prep a breeze, whether you’re dining inside or enjoying the outdoor patio furniture. For those needing to catch up on work, a dedicated workspace is available.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES or events of any kind, NO SMOKING inside the house, absolutely no noise or loud music outside after 10PM. There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices.

No more than 10 adults (12 including children) at the house at all times.

The space

Recently remodeled home featuring an open kitchen, living and dining space, tile floors throughout the house. Two master suites with private bathrooms with rain showers, one with a king size bed and the other one with a queen bed. 3 more bedrooms featuring 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 full bed with a twin trundle, sharing a bathroom with tub, bedrooms have their own Roku TV, streaming channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. Bluetooth speaker.

Kitchen:
The kitchen features modern kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic cups and wine glasses for the pool area, pots, pans, cooking utensils, Keuring coffee maker, rice maker, air fryer, toaster, etc.

Three bathrooms featuring crisp towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush, tooth paste, tissues and toilet paper.

Game room with a ping pong table and a reading corner, also a quiet work space.

Laundry room:
Washer and dryer available for your use.

Driveway:
Parking for up to 2 cars.

Private heated pool, outdoor gas grill, dinning table, outdoor furniture, 4 pool lounge chairs, pool (beach) toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella.
