Pam is the best host we have ever had and we have had some very good hosts over the years. Her attention to detail and the amenities is far above any other rental homes we have stayed at and we have stayed at some very nice places. The house is nicely decorated and spotless.We could not ask for a better place to stay and will always stay at Pam's house when in Deerfield Beach.I wish Pam could be the host at every location we stay at!

Wonderful property and fabulous host

This was our 2nd time staying at Pam's townhome and it was just as wonderful as our first time. It is very well appointed and so comfortable, and Pam was great and easy to get in touch with. It is so close to the beach but very quiet and relaxing. The beach, dining and shopping are all a short walk away. I highly recommend this townhome. We hope to return!

Great stay

We have stayed at dozens of properties over the last many years and this property may well be the best one we have ever had in terms of comfort and the host's thorough supply of the home. To begin with, the place was very nicely updated thru-out including the kitchen and both bathrooms. Most anything that you could need was provided in the house by the thoughtful host including all kinds of beach supplies, house supplies, snacks, phone chargers, games to play. Beds were very comfortable as well. All this and a location that is less than a 5 minute walk to the great beach. Walk to numerous restaurants along the main street as well. Terrific place and location. Highly recommend

Fantastic property and an equally fantastic host

As the title indicates, the host and condo were fantastic. it was spotless and well stocked with all the necessities. The proximity to the beach from the condo is approximately a 2-3 minute walk. Food is right around the corner as well. From fine dining restaurant( JB's or Oceans), to bar food at Flanigan's. Public golf at Southwinds GC was a stop for us. Cycling -- i used the A1A route north (wide road shoulders) ...plenty of other cyclist do too. It was a very scenic ride. We took the time to take a cooking class at Sur La Table at Mizner Mall in Boca Raton. It's only 10 minutes away ...good food and shopping too. We strongly encourage a visit with Pam and her wonderful property.

Pam is a great communicator and very thoughtful. The property was just as advertised - clean, quiet, very well appointed and in a perfect location in Deerfield Beach within walking distance of everything, but with dedicated parking space if you want to drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing time

We had a relaxing time during our stay at this cozy condo. Pam was really nice and communicated fast and well. There were many unexpected items in the house like ziplock bags, condiments, and ample beach supplies. It was wonderful. The location was perfect, we had fun walking around the boardwalk daily.

Perfection

We came down to celebrate our twin daughters birthday in college, and had the best time, the unit had everything you could ever need. We have stayed in 50 plus locations and Pam takes the title of thinking of everything, from beach chairs, to games etc. The location is perfect everything is just outside your door. We will be letting fellow parents know that this is the place to stay to both see your student and relax and enjoy an amazing little piece of Heaven in the middle of a much more crowded and busy South Fla. Pam is first rate and went above and beyond, we will be back a lot over the next 3 years!!!

Deerfield Beach gem

This place is clean, well stocked and in a great location in Deerfield Beach! Everything is within walking distance, and Pam really cares about her guest’s experience. She provided everything needed for people that fly in: umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. And the kitchen had many additional perks like coffee, condiments and the like. I highly recommend this place if you want to be stay in lovely Deerfield Beach.

Our piece of paradise

This was our second year visiting with Pam and it did not disappoint! We’re so close to the beach, fine dining and people watching we had no lack of things to do. Her condo, has all the comforts of home with plenty of room throughout, an enclosed patio for grilling or whatever and upstairs outside the master bedroom is a cozy balcony with view of the ocean. Pam has it all here and she’s always just a text away.

Pam was a pleasure to deal with. Her unit was immaculate with many nice touches (bowl of candy and bottle of wine), upgrade to master bath, comfortable rooms, nice kitchen which is well stocked, towels, beach chairs and more. The unit is a short walk to beach and restaurants as described and close to boca (mizner park) and delray. The unit is unassuming on the outside but do not let that concern you. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Every amenity in a great location!

Despite rainy weather during our week in Deerfield Beach, we truly enjoyed our stay! The rental is very well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacation and beyond. Spacious bedrooms with tons of closet space, newly renovated bathrooms, a kitchen with all the amenities, and a cute back patio. We appreciated the fully stocked soaps, paper products, snacks and even condiments in the fridge! You can’t beat the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. All within a 5 mins walk! We stayed entertained in stormy weather with the variety of streaming tv channels and board / card games they have for guests. The owner is super responsive and helped us through a couple of minor issues very quickly. Highly recommend!

very "Beachy"

Everything was great, quiet and clean and literally 4minute walk to the beach which I did 3 times a day. Love the "vibe" there. Love the showers and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint because I was cooking was there were no sharp knifes or aa steal to sharpen them, otherwise every thing was thought of and Pam responded when I had questions. If I go back to Deerfield beach, I would definately look at staying again.
