What a great house! It is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. A great layout, well stocked, and the yard has such a tropical feel! Loved the heated pool, especially with the chillier temperatures and the outdoor sitting nook. The only thing that would make it even better would be the bathroom by the back bedroom has really nowhere to put your toiletries when getting ready. Maybe some shelves on the wall? I had to use the window sill and toilet. And the only outlet was on the wall across from the sink. But it’s really not a deal breaker you just make it work. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Our boys loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the beautiful back yard. The location was perfect, close to the beach, mall and grocery stores. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we would definitely stay here again.

Palm Terrace Review

Amazing Family Vacation Rental

Our family had such a great time relaxing in this home, lounging by the pool and cooking together. The home is a great location for access to FLL airport, the local beaches, shopping, and 45 min to Miami where we took in all the sites. The home was stocked with pool and beach supplies, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. We hope to come back next summer!

Wonderful vacation home

Wonderful house and even better backyard. This was our first trip to Fort Lauderdale and the location was excellent. Private yard and a quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed our time on vacation and would definitely stay again. The house was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of room for my family of seven and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Thank you very much!

Lowkey Vacation with friends

This house was perfect! My top three compliments were; the house’s cleanliness - it was absolutely immaculate! The pool and private back yard were lovely. And the location was fantastic, close to the airport, beach, and Wilton Drive. Cute neighborhood also for taking a walk in the morning or night time. I’m honestly going to rent this house again. We had such a good time. Everything we needed was there! Plenty of towels, chairs for the beach, the kitchen had all the utensils, and other things we needed to cook or prepare a meal. I wish I owned this property so I could go there more often, haha

Our little oasis

We absolutely adore this Palm Terrace property. This is our second time here and we plan to rent again next year. The layout is perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 children) and the backyard was a gem. It was our little oasis for the whole 8 day stay. The place was fully stocked and we really appreciated the provided coffee and bottles of water upon our arrival. The property manager was very helpful if we had any questions. This place is also very close to groceries and restaurants. We look forward to coming back next year.

Great stay!

We were a group of 6 couples and we loved the stay! The property is very well equipment and clean, although in some areas some things could use an upgrade. The garden is phenomenal, a real piece of heaven. Pool was clean and very nice. A quiet and safe neighborhood.

The house itself was great. Very pretty, well maintained, nicely decorated and spacious. And then you walk into the backyard… super nice, completely surrounded by lush palm trees, and the beautiful pool in the center. Plenty of sitting, very nice. We had a great time.

Best family vacation ever!

This long awaited get together with family from all over could not have been better! This home is spotless and gorgeous. The pool and backyard were like our own little resort. My grandkids, 6, 6 1/2, and 9 spent hours everyday in the wonderful pool. We only left once to go to the Museum of Discovery and Science, also a big hit. The layout of the house was perfect and it was stocked with anything and everything we needed. The whole experience was just magical and we were all so sad to leave. We are already talking about when we can come back!

Perfect stay

My family and I loved everything about our stay. The house is fantastic and David was an amazing host. Every possible detail or need a guest would have was covered in the communication or in the house amenities. The backyard and the pool were great, the bedrooms were good size. The kitchen is so well-stocked with any tool you could need to cook. We would definitely stay at this property again and were sad to have to leave when our vacation was over...

I would say the best parts of our trip were the days spent in and around the pool at this house. The yard and pool area is gorgeous and so private and tropical. The location is really convenient to the airport, beaches, and shopping. I would love to stay here again.

Amazing!

Five stars aren’t enough to rate this wonderful home. Everything was amazing. The house is immaculate, the neighborhood is quiet yet close to shopping and restaurants, and the backyard and pool belong on a post card. We celebrated my grandson’s sixth birthday while we were there, and he is still talking about it! The owners are attentive and respond to inquiries immediately. We can’t wait to return!

Lived up to the Reviews!

I have to tell…. When you see a property with over 100 5 star ratings, it can raise your expectations… But our experience validated that these ratings are not only authentic but deserving for this property! The communication with the owners via their company app as well as them offering to meet up to say hello if we wanted started things off on the most amazing tone before we even got there. Checkin was beyond ease- a 6 digit code process that we received before arriving that allowed us to walk right In at our 4pm check-in and have the kids in the pool by 430pm! The house is exactly as pictured- and we both grilled and cooked over our week plus there and found the appliances all to be up to date and in great shape! The pool- we have a 3 and 6 year old and the pool was perfect. 4.5-5ft depth, and over the week we retaught our son to swim and this was a perfect pool to do so. It was cleaned twice while we were there and never interfered with our ability to use the pool! The house was perfect and also with 3 showers and 4 bedrooms we found it to have plenty for our party of 5. The beach as we knew was a little over 7-9 min drive away. We spent 2.5 days at beach and are very familiar with the area and knew that not that far away was beach area and a park on the beach and could get there quickly daily. The location for us was perfect in relation to the beaches. Everything in terms of restaurants that you would want were no more than 12 min away and we found our place to be centrally located no matter where you chose to dine (or shop). Everytime we would Waze where we were headed we kinda laughed that it was always 8 min away. So close and so convenient. It’s hard to really find a downfall here. The only thing this neighborhood doesn’t have are sidewalks but it is very quiet and we had no trouble taking our daily walks even with a stroller and 5 of us. In conclusion- this was 5 stars from start to finish. We had one small what we thought was an issue with the dryer and someone was there within 15 min AND NOTHING WAS WRONG (user error)… They could not have been kinder or more understanding… We will return here again and we’re just beyond pleased with the house and stay!
