Kitchen is equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster and Keurig coffee maker(coffee, tea and creamer included).

Screen room is located on back of the home overlooking beautiful canal leading to Lake Kerr. Screen room has outdoor table and chairs, plus Adirondack chairs for relaxing in patio, or taking outside to enjoy the sun or star gazing.

Outdoors includes charcoal grill and fire pit ring. Take the chairs into the back yard and enjoy late nights under the stars.
