Lakefront UTV Trail Access Cabin in the heart of the Ocala National Forrest

Escape to Lake Delancy a bassfishing favorite with endless outdoor fun! Fish from shore, launch the included canoe at the private ramp or ride straight from the house onto the Ocala National Forest ATV trails no trailering needed. Nearby Salt, Juniper, Alexander, and Silver Glenn springs and lakes offer swimming, kayaking, and boating.
After adventure enjoy the classic
412-game arcade, sip drinks on the covered patio at sunset, or enjoy the fire pit under a sky full of stars. Walmart & Instacart will deliver, Palatka is 20 mins. The manufacturer home consist of 2 bedrooms each with a tv. Master bedroom has a queen. The guest room consist of a full bed and a bunk bed (full over twin). There are 2 bathrooms each has a shower. The living room has a tv with smart capabilities. We also have a gaming console table that consist of 412 classic video games. The outside has a weber kettle grill smoker and Weber gas grill, along with comfy seating and some rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Have a fun game of ping pong too! Just a heads up—there is a security camera at the entrances. Also, this home runs on a private well system (super common for rural lake properties around here). It was recently updated and replaced, so everything is working great.

The water is safe for drinking, cooking, and showering. If you’re picky about taste, you may want to grab some bottled water during your stay.

Being in the heart of a National Forest means sharing space with nature, so keep an eye out for deer, foxes, raccoons, black bears, coyotes, alligators, snakes (venomous and non)and an incredible variety of native birds. Every day brings the chance to experience Florida’s wild beauty up close. Please do not feed any wildlife. Always be cautious. Please make sure to put all trash in shed and lock it to deter any wildlife visitors!

The home is located in a small neighborhood right off Lake Delancy. It is a 2 mile drive through the forest on unpaved roads. Cell service can be spotty. We recommend having the home address, door code and wifi password before turning off hwy 19.

Please be mindful that the lots in the neighborhood are narrow. When facing the lake please park to the left of the home. And make sure not to impede on the neighbors property when parking. We can fit a trailer and 2 trucks parrell to the side of the house
You can also parrell park along side of the home on the road.

Please do not park on the vacant lot before the home.

Also be aware of FWC regulations for hunting, fishing, and utilizing the ONF trail system. Please check out https://www.recreation.gov/vehiclepermits/74048 for required trail pass.
