190 Anchorage Complex - This home is both sides of a duplex rented as a whole unit that sleeps up to 12 guests. The location of this property is well-loved due to being close to the Publix grocery and Anchorage having its own beach access point at the end of the street, so you are just steps from your door to the white sand!

One side of the home (Unit A) has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, where both bedrooms feature a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The other side (Unit B) also has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, where one of the bedrooms features a queen bed while the other has two twins. There is a sleeper sofa in this living room as well.

Both sides have a spacious open-concept layout with plenty of windows allowing lots of Florida sunshine in! Along with a living room, dining table, and bar seating in the kitchen of each. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo.

All linens are included. We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is also a washer and dryer in a laundry room located in the garage.

To summarize: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 washer/dryer set. 3 queens, 2 twins, 2 sleeper sofas. Maximum 12 guests.

This home has keyless entries so you can head right to the property at check-in time. Codes will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.
