Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas, your tropical beachfront vacation destination in paradise! This resort is located at the quiet North end of Estero Island, and this two-bedroom, two-bath second floor above ground level gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a brisk 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the myriad collection of boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs surrounded by a privacy fence. Your proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room with a full-size stackable washer and dryer. Pool was resurfaced in August 2025.

Entry is via elevator to the second floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout but with carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling with indirect lighting and plenty of granite counter space. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six, as well as a corner desk and chair. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sofa with end tables and lamps, two side chairs, and a coffee table. Opposite the sofa is a credenza which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and chairs two other chairs and a cocktail table. The view from this vantage point is expansive and includes the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a five-drawer chest of drawers with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a closet and granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind mirrored sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two queen beds with nightstands and wall-mounted lamps, a tall double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and ample closet space.

Beautiful condo and views. Location was perfect. Resort next door had music that was great that we got to enjoy every evening. Had some trouble with the Yale lock for the first night then got it fixed by a call and a new code.

Loved! The location was great, the unit was gorgeous and clean and supplied with everything we needed and wanted
 note worthy beach towels! The views were breathtaking being right on the ocean. We enjoyed the neighboring resort, they had live music, karaoke and a fantastic restaurant all within walking distance. We really lucked out choosing this condo to stay for our long girls weekend.

Everything was in fine condition, we wished we could have stayed longer! The only hiccup was the wrong entry code for the door lock. Late at night after a long trip and unable to just enter and chill. The management company was readily available by phone at midnight and after 15-20 minutes of trials, they reprogrammed the lock remotely and we got in and had a glass of wine.

We found the place to be very clean, efficient and comfortable. We enjoyed many coffees and snack on the screened in balcony. This was a definite plus. A few suggestions, a Keurig coffee maker would be better since one drinks decaf and the other regular coffee. Also, the toaster needs replaced and the beach supplies on the balcony need to be sorted through. Took up a lot of space and most items were unusable. Please know, I’m not complaining. These are just suggestions. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It was a great location and a very clean space. We loved the beach views and access. Unfortunately, there was construction and the pool was not available while we were there. We did not get communication before booking and only were told a few days before checkin without an offer to reduce the rate because of the inconvenience. With little kids, this was disappointing. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Celebrating anniversary

The grills did not work any day of our stay even after letting pm know the Main Tv in living room was out 75% of our stay and after calling they said they would send someone out but they didn’t had to call back numerous times and they came with no notice to us as we found out after getting back from the beach and noticed tv was unplugged then had to call the Pm again to find out the Tv could not be fixed and we were offered a 100$ discount what an insult will never stay there again with the same property manager that u are currently using

Was the best stocked condo extremely clean..happy for the carts racks to load luggage...downfall was no instructions on TV operations and got kicked off dtationd after 15 minutes...sliding doors need serious greasing...overall very happy with the unit..would've liked a few larger empty cabinets for food storage...a 4 out if 5...thank you

Good but...

This is a difficult review to write because in many ways this should be a 5 star review. The beach is great, the condo well appointed, clean and comfortable. It's located on the quieter end of the island. However, it is located right next door to a loud and very active resort property, The Pink Shell, and this particluar unit is right next to the resort's pool area and outdoor bar and restaurant which has loud music and activities in the afternoon and evening. My husband and I were expecting a more tranquil experience which the description on the website leads you to believe. We had to close the doors to the screen porch to drown out the noise which kind of defeats the purpose of paying a premium price for ocean front location. If you don't mind the live music and the sound of people enjoing the pool games then this will not be a problem for you. If you do want a quieter experience then choose a unit on the other side of the building. Wish we had known this when we booked.

Comfortable condo/ Very busy area

The condo was clean, very comfortable, and well appointed. The beach was very nice and having access to a grill was great, too. We suggest updating the slider to the lanai- it is a struggle to open. The location of this condo is right next to a very busy and noisy resort. The lanai overlooks the pool (and it’s daily games and weekly karaoke contest), dj tent, outdoor entertainment stage from happy hour until 9:00pm. It was impossible to enjoy a quiet sunset or dinner on the lanai. The outdoor movie audio could be heard inside the condo with the door shut. We were hoping for a quiet retreat. We wish we had known.
