The beautiful, open concept living area includes a comfy sofa, 2 power recliners, and flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. There's also a lovely dining table for four for formal sit down dinners. Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic screened in lanai offering spectacular water views of the Bay and the canal below full of boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. There you will find more comfortable seating to relax and read a book while catching the tropical breezes coming in from the Bay. Patio furniture includes a table and chairs for 4 to enjoy outdoor dining or that early morning cup of coffee to start your day.

The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen offers all the extra's including a wine fridge, a full complement of brand new appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery and rebuilding mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard.
