The South End of Fort Myers Beach is known for its quieter, more relaxed atmosphere compared to the lively North End near Times Square. This area of Estero Island features wide sandy beaches, generally calmer waters, and a more residential feel—making it especially popular with families, couples, and guests seeking a peaceful coastal escape.

Guests love the easy access to Lovers Key State Park, along with excellent opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding, shelling, and spotting local wildlife such as dolphins and manatees. While the vibe here is laid-back, you’re never far from great dining, marinas, and island activities.

Designated Free parking is available in the parking lot, there is additional Free guest parking too!

Check-in is 1 hour earlier than the other rentals at 3PM. Check-out is 1 hour later than other rentals at 10AM

May - October it’s turtle season. At dusk/dark all curtains/blinds must be closed. There are Amber lights throughout the community. The Turtle's are busy nesting and little hatchlings will be arriving soon!

Families with 2 adults and 2 children are absolutely welcome, just note that the space is a bit snug for four.

*** Important Property Notice – Estero Beach & Tennis Club Construction (July 6 – November 4)

Please note that the Estero Beach & Tennis Club HOA is completing a property-wide restoration project from July 6 through November 4. While Unit 708A is not scheduled to undergo repairs, construction will be taking place elsewhere on the property. As a result, guests may experience daytime construction noise during working hours.

To reflect this temporary inconvenience, our nightly rates have been significantly discounted throughout the construction period.

As an added thank you for your understanding, every reservation during this time will receive two complimentary nights toward a future stay (terms and conditions apply).

The heated pool will remain open throughout the project, although construction noise may occasionally be heard while relaxing in the unit or around the property during daytime work hours.
