You have a view of the Gulf from nearly every room from this sunlight-filled, island condo. The living area leads directly to a screened in lanai, newly furnished with patio furniture perfect for dining al fresco. Take in the sea breezes while you relax and read a book. Enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning while you watch the dolphins swim by, and then catch our world famous sunsets while sipping a glass of wine - all from your very own lanai.

The fully equipped Kitchen has all appliances and includes a dishwasher. The high dining table seats 4. The Master Bedroom En Suite with its spectacular view of the beach, features a King sized bed, private lanai access and its own TV. The newly remodeled Master Bath has a vanity and dressing area, with the toilet and tub/shower in a separate room. The beautifully decorated Guest Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and its own TV, while the beautiful, brand new Guest Bath with a Walk In Shower sits right next door. For your convenience, this condo offers an in-unit Washer/Dryer and free WiFi.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The Riviera Club offers wonderful amenities for its guests, including a fabulous resort-sized heated pool with waterfall feature, huge sundeck around the pool with lounge chairs, building elevators, beautifully decorated and secured lobby, and ample on site parking. The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk to our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets!

The Riviera Club Condos are located on the beautiful and quiet South end of the island on the Gulf side, about a block south of Santini Marina Plaza - walking distance to shopping, dining, marina and more!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
