This vibrantly decorated three-bedroom two-bath Corner Condo at the exclusive Hibiscus Pointe waterfront community is the perfect family getaway spot for your family. This fabulous island vacation home features a large screened-in Lanai with a water view and open concept floor design that fills the space with sunlight. Decorated with a flair for the Florida lifestyle, the floors are covered with beautiful travertine marble and wood laminate and all the rooms feature ceiling fans.

The beautiful living area includes a comfy seating, and flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic screened in lanai with water views of the wide canal full of boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. There you will find comfortable patio furniture to relax and read a book while catching the tropical breezes coming in from the Gulf. Start your morning by enjoying your first cup of coffee on the lanai and plan your day.

The fully equipped Kitchen comes with updated stainless kitchen appliances and a full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. In the dining area, there's a lovely table for four for sit down dinners.

The Master Bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The large Master Bedroom En Suite features a King sized Bed, its own wall mounted flat screen TV for late night viewing, its own access to the lanai. and a lovely En Suite Master Bath with double vanities and walk in shower. There are two wonderful Guest Bedrooms - one with a Queen-sized Bed and one with a Full-sized Bed - both delightfully designed and with their own TVs. Next door is a Guest Bath with a shower/tub combination.

For your convenience, there is an in-unit, full-sized washer and dryer; cable TV service; free WiFi to better look up our area attractions - all kinds of waters sports, fishing, dolphin tours, shell collecting, island movie theater, shopping, island bars, restaurants and night spots; a secured lobby; building elevators; huge extra storage locker, under-building parking space and ample on-site guest parking.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Hibiscus Pointe is an upscale, beautifully maintained complex bordered by wide canals that lead directly to the Bay in the exclusive Bay Beach area of Fort Myers Beach. Hibiscus Pointe amenities include a resort-sized heated pool and spa with an expansive area full of lounge chairs for sun bathing and tables and chairs for picnics by the pool, shuffleboard courts, and a fishing pier! There are BBQ Grills and expansive boardwalks that line the canal's boat docks. And all Guests staying in any of the Bay Beach Lane complexes can enjoy the Tennis and Pickleball courts. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery and rebuilding mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
