Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, private pool and spa, decks, driveway/under-home parking area, outdoor shower, and laundry. Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

110 Mid Island sits in a quiet Mid Island pocket of Fort Myers Beach near Beach Access #22. The setting is residential and relaxed with access to local dining, shops, marinas, and island activities nearby.



Getting Around:

Beach Access #22 is just a short 2 minute walk from the house. Times Square, Publix, shops and restaurants are less than a few miles away all on the island. Golf cart and bike rental companies will deliver to the house.



Other Things to Note:

This is a three-level home without an elevator; guests must use stairs. Pool/spa heat, quiet hours, parking, pets, events, and occupancy rules follow the booking platform and house rules. Exterior Ring camera monitors entry/driveway areas only; no cameras are inside the home.

We give guests privacy and are available through the booking thread for questions before, during, and after the stay.
