Awesome stay in Fort Myers Beach

We've had a really good time staying in this small house close to the Beach. Very good equipment in the kitchen and for the beach. Unfortunatelly some things were already broken and there was just 4 chairs (for 6 people) but since a couple of us were usually in the water we made it work out. Beach Towels are in the house, Publix very close but quite expensive so we have used our trips to restaurants to get groceries in Walmart.Since there is not a lot of restaurants open on Fort Myers Beach itself we drove to the restaurants but you have to take into consideration the rush hour off Fort Myers Beach (took us up to 45mins to leave the island).But communication with the landlord was just excellent! He helped us out with information and check in went smooth. No additional charges for bbq grill/pool heat which I thought was very cool.I would recommend to stay there but with no more than 6 people.

This place was perfect and so much fun. We appreciated the pool and back yard area, the games, bikes, and beach gear. The location was a bonus… near the beach and Publix. The property manager came by and introduced himself and gave us his cell number and could not have been nicer or more helpful. We felt very comfortable, safe, and at home here. We hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. The mattresses were some of the best we’ve slept on while traveling, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home.The pool area was absolutely amazing — plenty of seating and a gas fire pit that we enjoyed every single night. It quickly became our favorite place to unwind. The provided wagon and beach chairs were such a thoughtful touch and made the short walk to the beach incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing.Brian, the property manager, was outstanding — extremely helpful, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

Great stay at Toes in the Sand with wife and two other couples! Very quiet, well-kept, and clean. Communication with host was great! Location wise, if you’re looking for more bar/restaurant action then you may be disappointed. The property is down Estero (main drag) about 1.5mi and away from the hustle. We never found this to be an issue because we appreciated the quiet, but if that’s not you and you prefer to be in walking distance of the bars you might look closer. There is a local bar that’s a short walk but we weren’t big fans.As far as amenities go, Publix is a short walk/drive and we loved having access to things so close! We probably went there 5-6 times!Overall, we had a great time at Toes in the Sand and would consider it again when in Ft Myers.

We had a good stay at Toes in the Sand. It was a quiet location right across the street from the beach and just a street over from Publix. Close enough to shopping and restaurants, but far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. The ice maker was a nice plus and there was plenty of beach gear and a cart to carry it all. Definitely good value for the money!

The house is clean and is in a great location with easy access to the beach. We largely rented it because of the great backyard / pool. We wish we could have used the pool in the evenings but the mosquitoes were relentless. We purchased six bug-repellent candles but they were not helpful. A net over the pool would be a wonderful investment. We ran out of both paper towels and toilet paper so we had to purchase more for the property. All of the beach umbrellas were broken so we purchased two and donated them for future renters’ use. We also added a volleyball and pool inflatables.All in all, it’s a nice property with cute beach decor. The location is convenient.

Wow, great place!

Wow, just wow! We loved this house. It was close to all we needed, but the property was great all by itself! Although we could go to the beach, the pool and yard were just as fun! Plenty of room to play yard games (our teen boys played corn hole for hours). The proximity to the beach and grocery store was helpful. Also, local bus access was easy, and the property had five new cruiser-style bicycles for use.Inside the house had all the amenities you would expect, with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well supplied.We hated leaving and can't wait to stay again!

Great outdoor space with easy walk to the beach. Grocery store around the corner which was very convenient. The beach was great- no large crowds due to the reconstruction of homes and condos n the area. Dolphins, ospreys, and shells galore. Owner was very helpful and responsive.
