A private complex pool is located right next door for even more outdoor entertainment.

West-facing balconies on the second and third floor offer striking sunset vistas and a fully screened balcony accessible through the kitchen and dining area makes a perfect perch for morning coffee. The expansive, island kitchen is a home chef's delight with a suite of deluxe, stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils equipped for group meal planning. Eat-in options include a three-seater breakfast bar and hightop bistro, plus additional seating for two at the kitchen island. Full meals can be enjoyed at the formal dining table set for six. A handy wet bar features a mini-fridge, wine cooler, and sink for happy hour hosting. After days of sun and fun, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV.

All three bedrooms can be found on the third floor. Two guest rooms share access to a full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a private balcony and luxurious en suite complete with a spacious shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and its own smart TV. All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for added convenience. A half-bath on the main floor is available for household use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
