Just minutes from the bridge to Fort Myers Beach in one direction and the Sanibel Causeway in the other, you'll find the active gated community of Cinnamon Cove - a delightful enclave of condos, villas and terraced homes in the heart of South Fort Myers. Within easy distance of restaurants, retail shopping, grocery stores, banks, and healthcare providers - you won't find yourself closer to the beach AND the day-to-day conveninces than Cinnamon Cove!
Within the community you will enjoy the benefit of a full-time Recreation Director, who provides a robust schedule of activities - as well as full access to multiple pools, sundecks, a hot tub, tennis, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard and other amenities, including a large clubhouse with library, billiards and ping-pong, as well as a fitness center and meeting rooms. A screened pavilion overlooking the lake has gas grills and picnic tables where small parties are held and friends and family can be entertained.

The fees for the rental application and background check for up to 2 guests are included in the booking. Each additional guest (up to 2 additional guests) will need to pay an additional $75/per person to the HOA management company at the time of application.

Family-friendly furnishings, bed linens, bath/pool towels, and free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout. Both TV's in the condo are Smart TV's with Firesticks, guest's will need to provide their own log-ins for subscription-based channels.
The vaulted living room has ample guest seating and a Smart TV with Firestick. The room opens to the fully screened lanai behind the home.

The updated kitchen has a pass-thru eating counter with a pair of barstools, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher; cookware, serving ware and dishes, as well as many small kitchen tools and appliances provided
The split floorplan has bedrooms at opposite ends of the condo, providing privacy for all guests. The primary suite has a queen bed, ceiling fan, direct lanai access through sliding glass doors, and ensuite bathroom
The ensuite bathroom has dual sink vanities and large walk-in shower
The 2nd bedroom has a pair of twin beds, one of which has a twin trundle, allowing up to 3 guests to share the room; a wall-mounted Smart TV and a ceiling fan complete the room

The fully screened rear lanai overlooks the shared greenspace and gazebo behind the condo. The space is furnished with comfortable seating, has a ceiling fan for added comfort and is accessible from the living room and primary suite. A complimentary washer & dryer is located in a closet on the lanai. Just outside the lanai screen, you'll find a self-service gas grill for your use - the purchase of propane, if needed, is the responsibility of the guest.
One assigned covered carport space and one additional first-come, first serve parking space are availalble for guests

From there you'll be in easy driving distance to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Florida Southwestern State College and Florida Gulf Coast University. Additional destinations such as Bonita Springs and Naples combine to offer some of the finest shopping, dining, beaches, professional sports and cultural experiences you will find southwest Florida and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures!
