Our seasonal rental townhome on quad 5 in Paseo - an amenities rich gated community minutes to Daniels Parkway and I-75 in Fort Myers, Florida. The community includes a resort style heated regular and kids pool, a full tiki bar, an on site pub and bistro, a movie theater and a gym! The Space:
* The accommodation's include a King bed in the main bedroom , 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. The condo has a total occupancy of 6.
* Both of the bedroom's feature en suite bathroom's and there is a half bathroom connected to the kitchen and dining room floor
* Take a look at the floor plan to see how this home is laid out: the garage is at ground level, the living room and screened porch is on the second floor, the kitchen, dining room and half bath is on the third floor and the bedrooms, laundry and built in desk are on the fourth
* The townhome is located on quad 5 of Paseo and it has it's own pool shared just with this quad

Please note: the garage will not be available during a rental as the owner parks a car in it. There is parking in the back by the quad, behind the garage and in the front of the home on the street.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is less then a 20 minute drive from Paseo!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
