The kitchen has been fully renovated, boasting new granite countertops and appliances. You'll also have access to a blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, dishes, silverware, cookware, utensils, and dining accommodations for four.

Unwind in the living room equipped with a smart flat-screen TV and a cozy sofa bed. The bedroom, which can be left open or closed with French doors, features a king-size bed with a smart flat-screen TV and a separate dressing area with a sink and vanity. This charming condo also includes in-unit laundry facilities with a washer and dryer.

Fresh white linens for the bed and bath, along with beach towels, are provided. The beach closet comes stocked with a small cooler, beach umbrella, and four beach chairs.

Accessibility is a breeze, as the unit is located on the ground floor with parking right outside the door, eliminating the need for stairs or cramped elevators!

Ocean Village is a secure gated community nestled along 3000 feet of pristine, unspoiled beaches on Hutchinson Island, a barrier island. As you make your way to the private beach, you'll notice the meticulously maintained community with lush grass areas and blooming plants and flowers throughout.

This rental gem is a sportsman's paradise on the Atlantic Coast, featuring a Par 3 Executive Golf Course, 10 lighted tennis courts, 6 shuffleboard courts, 3 bocce courts, a basketball court, 4 pools including a heated pool and kiddie pool, and a fitness center open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. complete with an exercise room, spas, saunas, and whirlpools, as well as a card room and library, among other amenities.

Guests are required to wear bracelets (four are provided with the rental) and are welcome to utilize ALL Ocean Village amenities, including equipment rentals and golf tee time reservations for a nominal fee during peak season. Additional wristbands for extra day visitors are available for purchase at the recreation center.

Ocean Village also offers internet access at various locations beyond the condo. Plenty of sporting equipment, such as tennis rackets and golf clubs, are available for guest use.
