The space includes a fully kitchen with modern appliances and cookware allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. The bungalow is designed with accessibility in mind featuring a full bathroom equipped with grab rails and a roll in shower with a bench. Step outside to your own private patio where you can relax after a day at the beach or enjoy a meal using the provided barbecue grill. As our guest you will have full access to our beach essentials including bikes and kayaks to explore the beautiful North Hutchinson Island shoreline.



Guest Access:

You will have full private access to your studio bungalow, which includes a comfortable bedroom, a full Kitchen, and a private bathroom. As our guest, you are welcome to enjoy our shared outdoor spaces, including the garden and backyard area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We provide beach essentials, bikes, and kayaks for your use, allowing you to fully explore the beautiful surroundings of North Hutchison Island. Please note that parking is available for a fee, and we are happy to welcome your pets for an additional charge. You will receive the lockbox code for your room key one day prior to your arrival.

Getting to our bungalow is easy and convenient. For guests arriving by air, the closest major airport is Melbourne Orlando International Airport, which is approximately a one hour drive from our location. While public transportation options in the immediate area are limited, we recommend that guests rent a car to fully enjoy the coastal attractions of North Hutchinson Island. On site parking is available for a daily fee, which is included in your resort fee for added convenience. Once you arrive, you will find that our location is perfectly suited for exploring by bike or kayak, both of which are provided for your use during your stay.

Additional Information and Resort Fee. Please note that our property charges a daily resort fee which may not be included in your initial booking total. This fee covers a variety of amenities and services for your comfort including WiFi access, beach access, beach towels, on-site parking, security, and maintenance of common areas. Please be aware that the total price of your stay may vary depending on dates, availability, and applicable fees. Check in time is from 17:30 and check out is by 12:00.
