Enjoy a serene beach getaway in our lovely fourth-floor condominium at The Azure, unit #414. With 1,513 square feet of space, this well-appointed condo offers beautiful views of the Gulf from a spacious 25-foot balcony. Relax on the two chaise lounge chairs or at the bar-height table and chairs, where you can take in the sights and sounds of the beach while staying cool and comfortable.

The Azure is a top-notch complex on Okaloosa Island, conveniently located within walking distance of several dining options and shops. The Okaloosa Island Pier is just an 8-minute walk away, and Destin is only 6 miles away. The island's height restrictions mean a quieter, less crowded experience compared to nearby areas.

Inside, the master bedroom features a king bed and a large Smart TV, while the master bath includes a jetted Jacuzzi tub and a spacious walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. Both the living room and master bedroom offer floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to stunning beach views. The living area includes a comfortable sectional sofa for added seating.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own Smart TV, and the third bedroom is equipped with sturdy bunk beds. Each guest bedroom has a private full bathroom with a large showerhead and good water pressure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid appliances, including a convection oven. For your convenience, both a Keurig and a 12-cup coffee maker are available. The dining area features a table that’s slightly higher than usual to provide a better view of the Gulf, with seating for six and additional space for four at the bar.

Clean and spacious

Property is as described and pictured. Easy check in process. Hosts were very communicative on any work/ maintanence going on at the property. close to food, restaurants and souvenir shops. Many families staying in the complex, and the beach is very close, clean and accessible. Would stay here again the next time we come to Ft.Walton.

Amazing

We had such an amazing vacation in your condo. It was so perfect, we had two families and it was very spacious and comfortable. The view is awesome. Love the high chairs on patio to see the view. I would recommend this condo. If I could live there a the time I would. We lived it so much we are going back in October. Love that we can walk to restaurants and stores.

I recently stayed here with my mom and 4 cousins. It was an amazing stay!!! We have been coming to Florida for several years for our yearly ladies trip and this was by far the best stay ever!! The condo was amazing and is directly on the beach. My mom is 83 and has some trouble walking in the sand. Not this trip. I will absolutely stay here from now on.

Beautiful condo, great complex

My crew of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The furniture was in very good condition, all the beds were comfy. The unit was nice and clean. The view from the balcony was perfect. We cooked most of our meals in the condo, and for a group our size it would’ve been nice to have a few “”larger” pots & pans, but we made do. We could’ve also used some extra towels for a group our size, but again... not a big problem. By the way, the washer and drier worked great! With as many towels and swimsuits we needed to wash daily, it was great to have a set that worked well (and was full size). The owner was very easy to work with & the property manager was also super nice. Our code to get in didn’t work initially when we got there, but they got that corrected very quickly. And the price for this rental was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a nice condo for the area

We have been staying at the Azure since the first year it opened. It is definitely starting to show its age in the facility as a whole and the quality of the condo's. This condo is still a fine choice for Okaloosa Island, but I do have to point out there is mold all over in the master bedroom bathroom that is clearly being ignored to keep costs down. The hired cleaning staff did a very quick once over in all the bathrooms as they were all still dirty when we arrived. The kitchen sink is missing the faucet spout piece which makes the water spew in all directions as it comes out. The Azure may be under new management as we saw things we have not previously seen in past stays. The pool attendant barged into the first floor condo balcony's to remove towels. To us this was a complete disregard for privacy. The pools were disgusting compared to past stays for cleanliness. The new beach chair attendants do not put the chairs out until 9am. Other renters in the building were leaving garbage in the trash chute room in piles instead of taking the time to actually send it down the chute, which was not backed up by any means. In summary the condo is nice for the money, although the mold not being addressed is absurd and the Azure facility in general is aging fast with a clear direction to reduce running costs by sacrificing facility/amenity quality.

We ate at many great restaurants nearby, Old Bay Steamer, Stewby’s and Sealand.

Family vacation

This was our first staying at the Azure it was a very nice place. Kid friendly. The condo was very nice and well kept. Location was great. If you have a luggage carrier on top of your vehicle DO NOT go to the top floor of the parking garage. The entrance heights are low. Park on the 1st and 2nd floors. Over a great experience and would stay every year if I could.

Perfect Multi-family vacation

3 families all stayed at the property together. It was hands down our favorite “all-family” family vacation! The condo itself was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 kids ages 12, 10, 7, 2.. very close to the pier which has shopping, food, big playground equipment!
