This condo is located in the popular Destin West Beach & Bay Resort which is one of the most requested Emerald Coast vacation spots. This resort has the best amenities on Okaloosa Island. The condo is facing the resort's 700 ft. lazy river the beautiful waters of the Choctawhatchee Bay which provides an ever-changing view of watercraft, windsurfers and dolphins during the day and beautiful lights at night. As a guest at the resort you have full access to BOTH the beach and bay sides of the resort including the 7 pools and 3 hot tubs. You will be provided eight (8) resort passes (wrist bands) to use throughout your stay to access everything the resort has to offer.

From your condo on the bayside, you can use our elevated walkway to access beaches on the Gulf side of the property. You also can use all of the pools including the huge 5000 sq. ft free form pool on the beach side of the resort as well as our waterfall pools, large zero entry swimming pool, kiddie pool and splash pad, hot tubs, and impressive fitness center. These amenities are all directly on the premises and Florida's largest fishing pier is in walking distance and available for your use. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are also available for your use onsite. For those wanting to stay connected, wireless internet and cable television is included.

As you will soon discover, the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area has incredible dining, shopping and events available for you to enjoy. The Boardwalk features multiple restaurants, shops and beachfront volleyball -- and best of all, is just across the street from the condo!

The convention center and the amazing Gulfarium are less than a quarter-mile away. You can walk next door and let the kids play in the arcade and after you can sit and have a cocktail in their piano bar. There are also boat and wave runner rentals available next door to the resort seasonally. You can also check out the miniature golf, additional arcade games, go karts, and a ropes course all also within walking distance.

Send your cares downstream as you float away and surrender to the relaxing currents of long lazy river that winds its way through lush landscaping. Or spend the day lounging next to one of many pools or family water activity areas. Relax and enjoy your view while keeping an eye on the kids as they enjoy the fun.
