Dieses gerĂ€umige 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Condo, befindet sich direkt am Strand auf Okaloosa Island. Es ist die End-GerĂ€t auf der obersten Etage auf der Westseite des GebĂ€udes. Das Ende Lage bietet eine atemberaubende Front und Seitenansicht des schönen smaragdgrĂŒnen Wasser, weißen Sand und atemberaubende SonnenuntergĂ€nge. Blick hinunter auf die KĂŒste, die Bucht vor der Stadt von Navarra kann am westlichen Horizont zu sehen.

Okaloosa Island ist ein abgelegener 2 Meile Streifen von Eigentumswohnungen und HĂ€user auf dem weißen Sand des Golf von Mexiko. Keine HochhĂ€user auf Okaloosa erlaubt und diese Eigenschaft hat nur 4 Stockwerke und 24 Einheiten, so können Sie Ihre Zeit Urlaub ausgegeben werden, anstatt zu warten auf AufzĂŒge. Es geht um eine Meile zu Fuß den Strand hinunter zu Golf Front Restaurants, FachgeschĂ€ften, der Pier und Gulfarium. Staus gibt es nicht auf Okaloosa.

This is our second year to stay in this unit. It’s very quiet inside. Plus, it has two extra balconies. One faces the parking but the other is on the side of the building facing west and incredible sunsets. It’s also great to check out the beach conditions and the flags. The location is easily accessible and only a short drive near anything you might need. It’s 11 minutes to Destin and the Waterfront Village, full of restaurants, shops, and water sports rentals. There is a short path to the beach, which is never crowded, and there is a pool on the property! Grills to use for outdoor cooking are available. The pool is a great congregation spot. It’s a great place to stay!!!

Comfort with all the amenities

Top floor unit with extra balconies overlooking the ocean on the west end of the building! Crystal clear pool! Straight path to the beach with no stairs. Clean! Friendly regulars!

Beautiful property

The location of the property and view from balcony is fantastic. Smaller condo complex, so beach is less crowded and beach service is a great bonus. There was an elevator issue on arrival, but Russ was very responsive and issue was resolved early the next day. He definitely made things right. Interior was clean and comfortable, Highly recommend.

Great Condo

We had a great time on our vacation! This condo was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the view and the balcony. It was so nice having windows on two walls in the living space. Being on the end of this building was a plus, as more private and can enjoy the outdoor balcony space. Loved the beach and chair service. The water was amazing!! Smaller building means less people at the beach! Nice pool too, but we spent our time at the beach. Great restaurants near by and convenience store steps away was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to this area. Russ was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Adding to memories

This is our 5th year staying at the Aqua Villa. Each year it never disappoints the private beach and location is awesome. The grounds are very well kept. We loved the corner view from the top floor! It was very relaxing to wake up abd eat breakfast and see the suagr white sand and the beautiful gulf. The room was very well kept cozy and comfortable. The owner russ is awesome and easy to work with. We will definitely be back for another stay

Too good to pass up . . .

This was the best stay we have had in a while. The unit was immaculate, comfortable, and everything functioned properly. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location is quiet but close enough to popular restaurants and shopping that you get the best of both worlds without the hassle of waiting for elevators or enduring noisy late night events. And the view. Ah. The view is positively spectacular. We will most definitely be returning!

Enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well stocked. Property owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. There were sand toys in the closet which was a huge blessing and saved me $30 in sand toy purchases while we were there. The street is all condos and very quiet which we liked. It’s so close to everything too - grocery stores, shopping, entertainment and excursions and restaurants. We really enjoyed the location. Two things I didn’t realize at first (and are disclosed I just missed them) is that the building is older and the doors and stairwell are on the beach side of the property and there is no washer and dryer inside the unit. There is a community laundry room on each floor that you can pay to use. This wasn’t an issue for us but something I think people should definitely know before they go. Again - these facts weren’t “hidden” but also weren’t obvious and I didn’t realize until we got there/the day before. Overall it was a great stay with wonderful memories made!

I 1000% recommend #406 for the beautiful front/side view of the gulf! The condo was very clean, updated & had that beach house feel! Not to mention Russ was an awesome host and I will definitely rent from him again when we are back in the area. You will not regret choosing this condo for your family beach vacation!

Thanksgiving

The view was spectacular from front and side windows, right on the beach. We had some TV issues but the owner worked hard to get this fixed. The living room furniture is old though and needs to be replaced as well as the smaller guest room beds as they were very very noisy and collapsed. Otherwise I would recommend this smaller building for it's privacy and uncrowded beaches. We have repeatedly gone back to this building.

Good unit on a great beach

We enjoyed the unit. It was clean and functional. We felt the location on the top floor far western corner was the best in the building. The bedding was comfortable. The unit looks like it has been refurbished. We would have liked a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but the A/C worked well. The kitchen had good appliances that all worked with sufficient glassware, dinnerware, pans, and utensils. The building is an older building in need of maintenance and upkeep. But this met our needs. The beach itself is really nice with great sand and the chair service that comes with the unit is very good. Russ, the unit owner, was great to work with and very responsive as well as proactive, although we didn't have any issues requiring his involvement.

Gorgeous view

Loved this place. The view was amazing. The pool was great and the beach access was so easy as well. A great store located in the same parking lot if you don’t have a car. Watching the sunset and the sunrise from the living room every day was awesome. Definitely will be booking here again.

Perfect Spot

Absolutely loved the place. The building itself is old, but everything in this unit has been redone. Plenty of space for the four of us. The building itself only has 24 total units, so the beach wasn't crowded at all. There is a convenience store across the parking lot, which came in really handy also. If you are looking for an updated unit that doesn't have a ton of people, this place is for you.
