BEACH AND BAY VIEW! This luxurious penthouse condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with almost 1600 sq. ft. living and over 400 sq. ft. of patio space. You can enjoy every square inch of this condo inside and out. The rooftop deck offers a private hot tub, lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, a bbq grill for entertaining or family meals, and a view that stretches for miles. The balcony below this deck is a perfect place out of the sun to watch the sail boats float across the bay. As if that’s not enough, we also offer a boat slip for rent if you would like to bring your own boat.
This stylish Master bedroom offers a king size bed, and opens to a spacious, romantic Master bath which features a Jacuzzi jetted tub and walk in closet. Guest bedrooms offer a very modern feel and comfortable queen size bed in one room and a bunk with twin over full in the other. There is a sleeper sofa in the large and elegantly decorated living area which is the perfect place to relax and settle in with your favorite entertainment, whether it be board games or television.
This sleek and streamlined kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers everything possible, including coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, crock pot, etc. There is no reason to bring anything from home when staying in this unit!
Free High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi for your laptops, iPod, iPods’, etc. A private Jacuzzi hot tub is located on the roof where you can take in some of the loveliest sunsets the Island has to offer. There are just too many great things to say about this condo!

The rating is based on master bathroom jacuzzi tub wouldn’t hold water so wasn’t able to enjoy it. The master bedroom doesn’t have blackout curtains/blinds (upper ones didn’t won’t to stay shut) so light poured in and sunrise comes directly in at 6am so no sleeping in on vacation. Due to colder weather being was stuck inside 3 of 4 days this unit unfortunately has basic cable and no smart tv so when nothing is on to watch your bored. I recommend bringing firestick for if have kids or by yourself at least you can watch something even in the peak of summer at night when wanting to relax. The hot tub on roof lights didn’t work and didn’t get about 93 probably cause it was like 35 degrees so didn’t enjoy trying it. Overall unit is beautiful and spacious just has some downfalls. Which if wasn’t for the unexpected temps in the 35s I’d say 4 out of 5 star rating maybe even a 5 star if I overlooked the jacuzzi tub but the blinds definitely need adjusted or fixed or replaced with blackout curtains.

We were excited to be staying in the penthouse until we got there and started our vacation. First lets start with the kitchen the faucet would not stop running water, the icemaker only made alittle bit of ice and then stop making any more, pots & pans & utensils were horrible & old. Living room furniture is so wore out that you sink down to the frame, the oversized recliner was broke & didnt recline, not sure if it was the rug or the couch or the bed in couch but something in that area stunk really bad. The jacuzzi was broke and didnt turn on at all. The hot tub only had a few jets working most of them didnt work. And the gas grill was so rusted was not sure if it was going to work it was a 4 burner grill and only 1 of the burners worked. We had to spend most of our time in the penthouse because the weather was rainy and cold most of the week. My husband is disabled so when I seen the big recliner I just knew he would be comfortable but I was wrong. Nothing was comfortable to sit on in the living room. We ended up leaving early and we will never stay in the penthouse again.

Front bedroom is very warm. The AC is not sufficient to keep it cool like the rest of the rooms.Hall bathroom toilet does not flush well and many times when flushed it spits a little bit of water out.Otherwise the condo was great.It is a bit bizarre that the sunlight window on the roof top looks right into the master bathroom.

Christmas family vaca

Resort pool area was nice and easy access to beach with skywalk. Couple suggestions would be to update some of the stained bedding, couch pillows and supply hangers in closets. Resort manager was very responsive and accommodating!

Great vacation!

We absolutely enjoyed our week in this condo! Clean and beautiful. Rooftop views are perfect, we had a couple issues with the access code not working but quickly taken care of by host! The only suggestion I would have is some updated nonstick cookware. We would definitely revisit this property if it’s an option on our next visit!

Don't do it

Such a disappointment. The refrigerator / freezer does not work and according to maintenance and reading a past review - the owner and management company had full knowledge before we arrived. We lost several hundreds of dollars in food. The hot tub on the roof does not heat and had sand in it. The grill was torn apart. The jacuzzi tub in the MB did not work. The contract they ask you to sign ensures you are just out of luck.

It was a lovely condo & we enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. The check in did not go well as the code we were given did not work and we were forced to stand in the hot sun with all of our things for 20-30 minutes until someone texted us a new code to try that finally worked. No one in maintenance would actually pick up the phone to actually talk to us which was annoying just text. This was 4 pm on a Tuesday afternoon- not after hours

Condo in need

It started with an incorrect door code that was easily remedied, the water heater was broken, also remedied, the refrigerator was out..should have been 33 or so degrees...was 60...wifi out, we fixed before they could, lot of duct tape holding things together. carpet duct taped to floor...doesn't appear to have been updated since the 90s..everything was "minimum" I really hate leaving reviews like this, but C'mon!!!

Nice, but creepy

Strongly suggest owner remodel the master. Skylight allows anyone with access to the roof (all other PHs) to clearly see entire bathroom and half of bed (just frost the glass at least!). Also, fully open clear glass shower to rest of master bedroom is inline with nudist colony theme. Black is not the best color for facilities. Will NOT be staying at this PH again.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location. We enjoy staying in FWB because it’s not as touristy as Destin. The Lazy River, pools, and hot tubs were a big hit with my adult children. The property manager was friendly and met our needs. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The king mattress was firm which was a big plus. The other beds were mostly comfortable. We had one on the sofa bed the first night but he said it was too uncomfortable and slept on the floor the rest of the time. The kitchen was stocked with the things we needed and Publix is just down the road. Parking was was and the views were great. We had a great time. Thanks!

Heron 08 Penthouse

We had a great time at the resort! We couldn’t get in the room when we first arrived and I called/texted the number that had confirmed everything the day before and within a few minutes I got a call back and reset the door code. The room was very clean. Lots of things I didn’t like in the room though. I didn’t like the skylight in the bathroom and didn’t realize there was one or I probably wouldn’t have rented it. It was directly over the tub/shower and very easy for anyone to jump the wall or walk through the gate on the roof and peak- so I felt we had zero privacy in the bathroom. The sliding door….almost impossible to open. The mattress was extremely hard. The resort itself, absolutely stunning and beautiful. Being on the Bay side gave us the opportunity to enjoy the Bay, Lazy River or a short walk on the over pass bridge to the beach. Resort was manicured and the managers done a great job checking for bracelets and not allowing any craziness. I would not rent this same room again. However, I would go back to this resort, it was our 2nd time and probably not the last.

Loved rooftop hot tub & grill

We usually stay ocean side but liked the view of bayside with all the palm trees around swimming pools. We loved the rooftop hot tub in the evenings as well as the gas grill which we used quite often. Wish there was a high table and chairs up there so you could sit higher up and look at view. The condo itself was nice, different furniture than what the original pictures shows, the kitchen had all the utensils that we needed. The bed was comfortable and I liked the openness between the master bedroom and bathroom. Sliding door from living room was extremely difficult to open and close so we kept it closed and just used the one in bedroom which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for someone else. We would definitely stay again. Condo was ready early for us and check in and check out was super quick & easy.

Too good to be true!

30 minutes before we got there, management said there had been a water that had leaked in from a storm they had. I asked if I should be worried and they said no. When we got there, the master bedroom exterior wall and sliding glass door walls had towels and two fans running. They said to run the fans till we go to sleep. They had the fans blowing on the towers not the floor. We removed the towels and the fans were taken out the next day. The water kept seeping out till the third day. The pictures did not match the condo. They were old photos. The kitchen cabinets have a plastic shell instead of paint. The cover on the far right upper cabinet had a 4 inch piece missing along with chips out of other cabinet. The plywood was shown.The recliner had a large spot where a person’s head goes worn through the leather and had the mesh webbing shown. The master bath”s toilet has a slow leak that makes the toilet’ water come on two to three times a night.we reported the leak and a worker looked at it and never came back. The front door is missing a large part of it’s seal and the night before we left,, we had another rain storm which we had to get our beach towel to stop the water from coming into the condo. The furniture is very old. The triple dresser in the master bedroom is old and does not work right. The second one that opened fell apart on me. We lived out of our suitcase. My daughter”s bedroom had a pair of man underwire and a tee shirt with clothes tags in other drawers.. The grill had two tanks for propane for user. Both were empty and the grill was very dirty. Management did fill one tank after a short conversation on the subject. We did not use the grill because I did not want to waste 2 hours cleaning the grill.. A lot of the chrome fixtures had rust on them and the dryer has a rust spot that got onto my daughter’s white bathing suit. This is definitely not a five star condo. It is not worth the money and those that had stayed should get half their money back. Management offered another room but wasn’t a penthouse. Our family goes on a vacation every three years and rents out a penthouse. This was the worst experience we ever had. I have pictures and anyone renting this condo should ask for up to date pictures.

Fun in the ☀️

Pent house was beautiful. Location was awesome. However, this unit needs some attention. Dishwasher was difficult to run and sounds rough. Neither DVD players would work. One had no remote and the other wasn’t even hooked up to the tv. And their was no wire there to hook it up☹️. The kitchen cabinets need repair. It rained during our stay and the master bedroom slider door leaked, had to mop up the floor. After the storm, the great room slider became very difficult to operate.. Best beach get aways were inadequate at communicating necessary information like which building my rented unit was in. I emailed and called numerous times before I finally got a response 😞. Not the way to do business. I will avoid them in the future.
