Our stay was wonderful. We loved being on the 1st floor. We had our 3 yr old granddaughter so that was so convenient. The place was very clean. For improvement I would say please put a light out on the balcony. There is a light fixture, but no socket, so disappointing because I love to read outside in the evening. Also the bed in the secondary bedroom may be broken on the right side. My husband and I switched sides because he said he kept collapsing in. He weighs about 180 lbs so not obese. That said, we had a great week with family and the best weather. We met some wonderful people and made many new friends. Would easily recommend.

Great location with amazing view!

The condo was updated and nice and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. The view from the balcony and inside the condo was beautiful. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

Relaxing and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes 102. It was just as pictured online. Totally loved being able to just walk down the steps and out onto the beach. So easy to go back inside for anything we forgot or needed later in the day. Chairs and umbrella service were excellent!

Lovely remodeled condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The bed in the guest room really could use a new mattress and you’d really have to like a firm mattress. Other than that, this was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we love the quick access to the beach. Be prepared to watch the weather as we were on double red flags our entire trip which really was a spoiler.

Friends getaway to Okaloosa Island

I love Okaloosa island but i also love a new condo & most of the condos on the island are older. This one was fully remodeled recently & just perfect for my friend & I. We especially enjoyed being able to walk right off the balcony down the steps to the beach walk. We literally had the beach in our “backyard”

Why do I keep coming to Florida

Yes why do I keep coming to Florida. I’ve been going to Fort Walton Beach for seven years and of those seven years I’ve not gotten into the property I’ve rented three times for a host of reasons and the lead time give was only one month to two weeks before we were to leave for Florida. It occurs to me that us as renters have very little recourse.

PERFECT

If your looking for a clean condo with the easiest and fastest walk to the beach this is it! I picked this because the previous reviews all stated how clean it was and that is factual. Probably the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in from navarre to PCB and by far the easiest access to the beach. Plenty of seating for a family of 6 which is also why I chose this even had some friends visit and everyone was comfortable. Beach service was easy as 1 2 3. Beach attendant was very nice and helpful. Honestly can’t stress the cleanliness of this condo I was very surprised. They took extra time to make sure it was clean. Plenty of towels they state 2 per guest but we had extra in the cabinets. Everything worked and had all the utensils and items needed to feel at home. ABSOLUTELY will book again at this condo. Close to everything!!! Very happy!! Communication was great and we had no problems accessing our condo and it was ready earlier than stated which was a bonus.

Great Beach Condo!

This property is extremely nice. The stairs to the beach from the balcony are super convenient. The unit is very well insulated, we barely heard our neighbors at all. The only complaint I can think of is the kitchenware was sparse and rather beat up, but not a big deal. My family would definitely stay here again.

It was awesome!

The condos location to the beach and restaurants etc was perfect. I loved being able to walk out of our condo to our balcony to the beach. The condo was clean and fairly well equipped in the kitchen. We will stay here again!

Nice place needs some improvements

We enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean and the closeness to the beach. The bathrooms need updated to match the price of the unit. We enjoyed the TVs and couch area which was comfortable and nice. We love to cook and the unit lacked nice skillets, knives and utensils for the price of the rental. The pool area needs work and a good cleaning as well.

Ok, but could be better

Overall we enjoyed our time in Florida. The unit itself was fairly good. The complex could use some updates. The outdoor grills haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. There were people smoking on the balcony although I believe it is against policy. There was also a young couple that didn't even stay at the complex, but sat in the hot tub drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. Not good for our daughters playing just a few feet away in the pool. Same with the lady smoking on the balcony right by the pool. Clean up the place and have more eyes on the property and it could be a great place to stay.

Great place for a family

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and was in a very convenient location. Having access to the beach walkway from the balcony was a definite plus when having little ones and lots of stuff to carry back and forth. It also made it very easy to run up for the bathroom or a quick lunch.

Loved being steps away from beach. The place could use a deep cleaning. Sheets, towels and counters clean, but walls and doors are not. Everything was communicated perfectly. Very easy check in and out.

So wonderful!

Check in process was perfectly pleasant and easy. Everything we needed for parking and room info was on the counter waiting for us. We did not experience a single problem. The doors to the balcony are incredible. They made the room completely silent from anything going on outside, I was so surprised. The bedrooms were great and the beds were actually very comfortable. The short walk this room provided was a total bonus and always gave us an easy quick way to put our beach stuff up. The decorations are also worth noting. We have been coming to the beach every year with our boys and usually the grand parents. Every year we have to put breakable items away or tip toe around the room but not this year. The decorations are just right. Not so much clutter and worry about knocking anything over accidentally. Had a marvelous stay.
