Our family loves our condo! . You never have to leave the property to feel totally on vacation. We purchased the full beach service for our guests in high season which is the icing on the cake. The Lazy River is something the family does not want to get out of. The Boardwalk next door has many restaurants to choose from and night life on the beach that makes it special.

We hope to make this a yearly vacation!

This place is everything you expect. Great condo in a privately owned resort like environment. You might expect it to feel small, but we had 6 people and we never felt cramped. We really enjoyed the balcony with its comfy patio couch and chairs. A nice surprise (and now core memory) was on Wednesdays the pier does a huge firework display and we were in the perfect spot. We also appreciated the wash and dryer right in the unit. We came home with clean clothes packed in our bags instead of dirty laundry to wash. All the furniture was comfortable and the linen was so nice. Lots of pillows. Tons of towels. The beach items are all in their own closet in the master bath with places you can hang all your wet swimsuits. All the basic care items you might need if you forget to pack anything. I recommend checking into the condo and scope it out before you hit up the store for your stay. What you are considering buying might already be there.

Lots of Fun at Destin West

We loved our stay at Destin West. Bonnie was very communicative throughout the process. It is obvious that she really cares about her properties and making sure her renters have a good time there! Access to beach and pools with the lazy River could not be easier. Plenty of parking even for oversized vehicles. We will return!

Relaxing Getaway

We had a blast on our family trip to Destin West. With everything being onsite and walkable it was a stress free way to vacation with kids. We spent the days at the beach and lazy river and found time for a swim at night. Fantastic Getaway

Everything about Bonnie's place was as described and as expected. It was fully furnished with everything we needed. It was extremely convenient being able to leave the beach wagon and toys behind due to limited space in the vehicle and take advantage of those in the condo.

Family Spring break

We really appreciated all the attention to detail and the little things that Bonnie offers to make the stay feel like home. The sand toys, kitchen supplies, body lotions, plenty of towels, etc. make the stay so easy. The furniture is all very nice and well kept throughout, including the balcony. Truly enjoyed our stay! Unit was just as described - clean and nicely decorated. Close to the beach, good fitness room, well stocked kitchen, good appliances.The main pool outside the room is not heated, the heated pool is accessible but across the street. Great Family Stay at the Beach

We had our son and daughter in law and four grandkids come down from Ohio to meet with us; we live in Texas, in Fort Walton Beach. We booked Bonnie's unit because we have stayed in the Destin West resort before and love the location and amenities. Bonnie's unit was perfect for our group of 8. The unit is on the second floor and overlooked the pool on the Gulf side of the complex. The kids loved that pool, along with the lazy river on the Bay side but spent a lot of time at the pool just off our balcony and of course at the beach. That was great as we could watch them from the balcony as needed. The setup of the unit was great for our group as the kids could use the bunk room and leave the adults to have their own spaces. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The balcony had plenty of furniture for all of us to sit on and a table for eating. Bonnie was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay and she was very interested in us having a good time. We have visited the Destin West complex twice now and would certainly book this unit again.
