Situated on over 490 feet of sugar white beach, Waterscape is a water lovers dream! This beautifully furnished unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There are 2 master suites that each have a soaking tub and seperate shower. The large balcony is accessible | from both bedrooms and the living room. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's, DVD and seperate bunk room for the kids. The bedding includes a king,queen, bunks and queen sofa sleeper. Come experience all of the amenities Waterscape | has to offer. Guests can enjoy any of the three pools (1 is seasonally heated), 2 hot tubs, lazy river, children’s water splash area, barbeque grilling area, fitness room, game room, complimentary seasonal beach service and more. Waterscape is walking distance | to dining, nightlife and family attractions. | This unit rents Saturday-Saturday June-August

Our stay was great. The unit was clean and as pictured. There were board games available to play. The mattress on the king bed may need to be replaced. There are two very prominent ‘sinking’ spots. The queen bed on the second mattress was great though. The pool area at this location was great. The kids loved it. Overall we had a great time. The unit also cooled very well.

There was 7 of us that stayed comfortably. The condo had games to play in the evenings. Great location to the elevator for easy access to the pool, beach and parking garage. Okay view of the ocean. We could see the fireworks from the patio but enjoyed them from the beach.

Fall Family Vacation

The condo at Waterscape was exactly as shown on VRBO. It was clean and well maintained. The only negative was that there is very little storage space for food and supplies in the kitchen. Waterscape is a beautiful property and provides many activities for families to enjoy.

Excellent property! The views of the Gulf were beautiful from the balcony and the kitchen was fully equipped for a lot more than we expected. Games for families were also available in the cabinet which were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for families

Perfect place for family with kids! There were lots of games and nothing out that my kids could get into and break. My only complaint is the burners wouldn’t work most of the time. The walk to the room was quite the trip back and forth from the garage, but perfect for the distance to the pool and beach! We loved the oversized showers and the view from the room! 9.5/10!

Property was nice! Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable as was the running toilets in the unit. A lot for my grandchildren to do but I do wish the pool water had been heated.

A wonderful rental

The condo was just as other reviewers have described it. It was clean and well equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, laundering clothes, etc..The location was convenient and centrally located to the local attractions and eating establishments. Additionally, it's just steps from the elevator to the beach and even though the weather was a bit on the cool side for swimming we still enjoyed the beach as much as possible. The view of the beach was magnificent from either of the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Marie was a great host. We had one small maintenance item that needed attention and she took care of it within two hours of my call. I only mention this as a testament to her willingness to maintain the condo and please her guests. Overall, even with the cool weather, it was a great week. I would rent from Marie again.

Seemed like I couldn't get anything to work

It started as soon as we arrived and I had not received the gate code. I messaged the property manager and after a few moments I received it. The next thing was the WiFi password. Apparently the WiFi doesn't work so you have to log in on another room. Which is ok but I had to message to find this info out. In other reviews I noticed comments about the beds....they are no joke.....they are horrible. Then lastly was the washer. It looks new but doesn't work. Of course I discovered this after all the clothes was wet.

Beautiful!

We had a wonder stay. My kids said it’s their favorite vacation so far. (Ages 13 and 14) This condo was close to the pool and beach. It had a beautiful view and perfect to watch the fireworks from the pier. It was close to anything we needed and it was clean. I would definitely recommend this condo to a family of 4.

They changed the bracelet rules in the middle of our stay requiring our 2 year old grandaughter to wear a bracelet at the pool. continued to harass us about her bracelet constantly. I had it in writing that bracelets were only required for children over age 12 but they said that they weren't honoring that. At one point pool attendant "Steve" told a family "i am the bracelet cop". The utter rudeness and lack of tact was completely unacceptable and I will be sure to spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Wonderful family time!

We loved Waterscape! The resort is top notch, grounds are very well maintained, ocean was beautiful and the beach service was such a great perk!! I love that they set up the beach chairs/umbrellas in a U shape so everyone has a great view without obstruction! The condo was HUGE and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly! We actually could have had another family join us, so very spacious! Condo is beautifully decorated, updated and we loved the extra large walk in showers! Balcony was great, ocean view is even better than in the pictures!! A couple things could have been touched up paint wise or cleaned a little better, but nothing we felt necessary enough to reach out or complain. The pier is very close, within walking distance from the beach! We saw dolphins, some fish and cool birds at the pier! AL’s restaurant by the pier was fantastic!! Live music, great food and cold drinks! Rockin Taco’s was great also, wonderful atmosphere! Fudpuckers is a great family restaurant, with live gators! Burrito Del Sol is just a crossed the bridge in Ft Walton, highly recommend for fresh homemade tacos & burritos! Wild Willys Adventures for mini golf, The Track for bumper boats, go karts and Arcade! We also did a Walmart grocery order online and just picked up our order on our way to Waterscape, so convenient! We’d definitely come back!!

Another great waterscape adventure

The condo is great, has a great ocean view and the owner was quick to respond. The unit doesn't have any beach toys or carts but does come with beach service that includes chairs and an umbrella, also the unit has a cooler that is a perfect size to take to the pool or beach and was greatly appreciated. We will be back and would definitely rent this unit again.
