Overall, great property. Good location, view off the balcony overlooks the upper children’s pool area. Condo had all the amenities we needed. A beach wagon and some toys on the deck found my three happy little boys. A couple issues noted, the shower in the en suite bathroom has kind of an issue with leaking from the faucet as you direct water to the showerhead. All the drawers in the bedroom are broken from the tracks, etc. minor things.

The property is amazing, right on the beach with three pools. Ideal family vacation spot. The unit we rented was great. The only downside was that the sheets were not fresh. We washed them, so no big deal. Overall the unit was clean but the floor has not been mopped; not only did we feel sand under our shoes right when we walked in, my kids' feet were black in no time. .

Perfect space for our family!

This was my first time booking through Vrbo so I was nervous but the condo looked exactly like the photos and was perfect for our family. We did end up purchasing new pillows because the ones there were pretty flat and the bed wasn’t the comfiest but other than that everything was great! Would definitely stay again especially for the price we paid!

Overall a nice condo with great amenities at a great location with easy access to several restaurants, grocery and the surrounding area. Communication and responsiveness of the owner were the best I have experienced on VRBO!

Waterscape Fun.

Good experience. Location was fantastic. Our kiddies loved the splash pad and pool. Access to the beach is super convenient. Having the condo have their own beach chairs and umbrellas was also a plus. I would highly recommend this location for a family fun time!

Our first family vacation was a success!!!

We weren’t sure what our 18 month old would think of the beach. We booked this location based on the reviews and the fact that it had a kids pool and it was walking distance to the beach. Long story short
. We have a water baby and she loved getting in all of it! We would spend our mornings at the beach and on our walks back we would stop by the pools. The location was perfect for families and we can’t wait to go back! Thank you!!!

Awesome property and location

We stayed over spring break (the end of March). The heated pool was amazing! The other pools looked great but to cold o enjoy. We would love to stay again in warmer weather so we could enjoy more pool time. The unit was nice but could use a deep cleaning. We would for sure stay again!

Review

In Summary, this is a very clean and well placed property. The condo was very modern, and we enjoyed our stay. We was disappointed at the Lazy River being updated, and wish that was in our listing. The fire department is across the street, which could be noisy at times. We were impressed with the condo, and location, would recommend putting that on the listing. On my last day 3/11 I will note, there was a light that fell out of its holder near the pool, and a few wires were exposed, but capped, we tried to come to the front but I guess at 4:30-5 on Friday all your doors were locked. We defiantly would stay here again, and recommend A526.

Great Family Vacation

Fabulous property for a week stay. The variety of pools, beautiful beach and fun activities nearby kept my kids ranging age 3-9 yrs old excited. The upper pool is heated which was needed on the cloudy days. The bunkbeds were a perfect fit for the kids. Clean condo with everything you need. The owner was great to work with and quickly responded to a few last minute questions. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect for families

Waterscape is the perfect location for families. We have younger kids (6&4) and they loved the pools and beach. The unit was perfect size for our family and my kids loved the bunk beds. We could have used a few more kitchen utensils and bath towels, but made do with what we had. It also would have been nice to have a blanket on the couch but it may have been removed due to Covid-19. Either way, this is not a deal breaker for us. The beach chairs that come with the condo were great, we had zero problems finding chairs and umbrella at the beach. We did not go to the pool as much, there were several groups of older kids running around that made it harder for our kids to enjoy the zero entry pool. We did go to the heated pool near the back a few times and had no problems finding chairs. It was a wonderful trip for us and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Nice condo! Convenient location to the parking lot. Nice pools and tiki bar. We have no complaints! The owner was super easy to work with and even honored a quote he gave us which was a good bit less than what we were seeing on the Vrbo site!! Would def recommend.
