Our home provides a cozy, modern home vibe located right in the heart of Fort Worth. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, medical stays, and anyone looking to experience the rodeo and all Fort Worth has to offer!

We are a 5-minute walk away from the beloved Magnolia Ave's shops and restaurants, a 5-minute drive to Downtown FW, and 15-minutes to The Stockyards.

We are located right off interstate 35W, providing you quick and easy access to the AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, or Six Flags!

Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend! We love pets and consider them family though we do ask that you adhere to our furry friend rules! Please DO NOT just bring your pet without telling us.

-Animals are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
-Animals must be crated if no one is home!
-Please pick up after your pet!

NOTE - there is a pet fee of $80 due to the additional cleaning required by our professional cleaning crew to get it ready for the next set of guests.

Self check-in anytime after 3 p.m. Access the property 24/7 using a convenient keyless entry. Your code will be sent to you before your arrival.

We live right in the city with several coffee shops within 5 minutes. We also have 400+ mb/s wifi throughout the entire space!

-- SLEEP --

Master bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed.

-- KITCHEN --

The fully equipped, spacious kitchen comes with electric stove, a microwave, an oven, a full-sized fridge, pots & pans, 6-person set of dishes, salt & pepper, and a full coffee bar. Make sure to bring your own preferred condiments and seasoning just in case!

The coffee bar/tea comes with a K-cup coffee maker and a traditional drip coffee maker (mr. coffee).

-- ENTERTAINMENT--

The living room comes equipped with a 4K 55-inch TV that you can chrome-cast to the TV any app for streaming you wish to use, once logged into the wifi.

-- BATHROOM --
We provide fresh towels, shampoo + conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.

-- LAUNDRY--

Comes equipped with a washer & dryer for longer stays, along with detergent and dryer sheets.

-- OUTDOORS -

The private outdoor space includes a fire pit and chairs.
