Family Holiday Visit

My husband and my son book the house to visit family. We thought this would be the perfect location between family members to meet for swimming, dinners, and family time. We booked the house based on 3 people staying at the house which is the only people that stayed. We received messages through the app that we had over 3 people at the house. They said we were outside past quiet hours (which are not posted or notified to us). The messages came through the app which I did not get until many days later. We moved everything outside at night and we were unnecessarily harassed for family visiting and not staying. The house was booked for the entertainment but we were not allowed to enjoy it. The house is outdated without working lights in many rooms including the master closet. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend!

The home was beautiful and had more than enough space for our group. The property manager was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.The reason for the 4-star review on the overall (instead of 5) was due to the first room in the home being very warm if the doors were closed. We found a fan on our last night that helped a lot, but it would’ve been nice if a fan was already in the room or if we had been informed ahead of time.Also, while we totally understand the need for security cameras, there was one facing the pool, which felt a little invasive since there were no children in our group. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to consider — maybe repositioning the camera or giving guests the ability to disable recording when the pool is in use.Other than that, we loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

Good family trip

Upon arrival the property was not accessible as the door code was not changed to the code we were given. After 15 minutes it was corrected. House was generally as advertised. Family Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and relax during our son’s wedding weekend. It was located well, central to all of the venues for the weekend events and was the perfect size for 8 of us. Very clean and well-appointed. Was too cool to swim but the pool was beautiful and everything was well maintained. Host was prompt to respond when I had questions and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property!!

Family Getaway

We came with our adult children and their spouses for a long weekend. Location was great very close to a ton of things. House is beautiful and had everything that we needed!! Poor experience

The hot tub was not on upon arrival, the house was not throughly cleaned. We found a old sausage link in the kitchen and orange peel in the bedroom. Live roaches as well as dead ones were also noted. Great Birthday Getaway

The house was perfect for my child and I to celebrate their birthday! We had a relaxing time in the pool and the house was more than spacious for just us two. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, we swam a lot on this stay. The pool was beautiful. The hot tub was perfect- the house was large and spacious with plenty of amenities for us. We loved the property and it was perfect for our multigenerational family!!! There was enough space and rooms for everyone. Fort Worth getaway

Our stay overall was nice. The house was further than we thought from the Stockyards but location is close to shopping and restaurants My biggest complaint which I did read from others but was the poor condition on the towels, they were very thin and stained. The owner can definitely spend a $100 and get new towels! Unfortunately, it sets the tone for the feeling of the house not being clean! Which really wasn’t the case but everyone made the same comment!

Great Property

I recently visited Fort Worth with family, and this property was a perfect fit for our needs. It is spacious, has a nice pool, and in a good neighborhood not far from Fort Worth. The property manager was responsive and quickly resolved any issues. I would stay here again.

Nice home and great layout

We enjoyed our stay at this property, only had a couple of instances of things that kept me giving a five star review. This house is shown for an occupancy of 8 people, but dishes provided were only for six. Also, the shower head in the hall bathroom—which was for use of 6 of those people was broken and spraying water out the side and into the room. Luckily, my son-in-law had electrical tape in his truck and was able to tape it up. We notified the host and were told thank you. It was not repaired. And lastly, the site says the pool and hot tub are serviced on Thursday’s. The pool man was in the backyard on Saturday morning when we returned from breakfast cleaning the pool. We did use both on Friday evening, so hopefully it was ok.
