Other Things to Note:

-NOT HEATED POOL-

The spa can be heated for a daily fee of $150, with a minimum requirement of 2 days.

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Landscaping: Is done once a week.

- Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

-NOT HEATED POOL-

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

-For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.

- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.

- Other: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.

- To use the showers, please pull the handle slightly and then turn it to adjust the water.

- For the ceiling fans, first turn them on using the wall switch, then use the remote control to adjust the speed.
