Unique Comfort Zone at Roanoke Texas

Guests from all works of life are invited to book my home! This entire house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 65" Samsung TV, Kitchen, refrigerator, central A/C that worked great, Work Station with fast WIFI, and multiple car parking spaces. This house is within a quiet-drug/violent free residential area with a short distance from DFW Airport, Lake/Lewisville Fishing Barge, 24 hours Walmart, restaurants, Southlake Town Square w/upscale shopping, Texas Motor Speedway. NO PARTY, NONSMOKING HOUSE.

Description of the house
Once you enter the house, you will be met with a beautiful foyer, leading up to a living area with tree fabric couches, a workstation, and a 65' TV. Left to the living area kitchen with refrigerator, breakfast table, stove/oven as well as a dishwasher. There are also cabinets for storage space. Past the breakfast table, is a pantry closet and another door that lead to a private backyard with outside seating. Past the refrigerator, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Each room has come with a closet, drawer, and a night-lamp with a queen-sized bed. The master bedroom has it's a private bathroom/large closet, room 3 and 4 shared a bathroom and room 2 has it own attached private bathroom.
FYI: The recording surveillance camera at the exterior of the property (Entryway facing walkway/driveway and by the back door facing entryway and the backyard for safety/security reasons. Be rest assured that no camera/recording is installed inside the VRBO contract location
Guest access
You have access to the house through a keypad with access codes which would be provided after booking. You will have access to the entire house including all the bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, living room/tv, study desk, in-home, and backyard except the Garage.
We follow all VRBO standards and our city code for the residential areas.

Other things to note
We require you to have completed VRBO Verification to stay with us. Verification is a great safety measure for both guests and hosts. THIS IS A NO EVENT/PARTY, PARTY COOKING, AND NO-SMOKING HOUSE. WE HATE TO EJECT ANY NONCOMPLIANT GUEST. Do not assume, ask questions. our intention is to make you happy without violating our city code. THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
