Master bedroom (extra firm double bed 140 cm x 200 cm / 55" x 79") with satellite TV, Apple TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and DVD, 2nd bedroom with 1 single bed (90 cm x 190 cm) and possibility of 2 additional single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) or one double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, 63" x 79"), 3rd bedroom with up to 3 single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) or single bed (80 cm x 200 cm, 32" x 79") and double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, 63" x 79"), all beds recent and extra firm.

Living room with home entertainment center and fireplace, dining room, full marbled bath with heated floor (hydromassage shower and bath with hydromassage / balneo), half bath.

Fully-equipped kitchen: cooking utensils, pots and pans, side by side refrigerator/freezer with mini-bar, water and ice dispenser, microwave, gas oven and stove, dishwasher with tablets included, coffee maker with coffee filters, automatic hot water kettle, toaster, garbage bags and cleaning products

Departure cleaning fee (if not in original condition): 60€ may be retained from security deposit if excessive cleaning is deemed necessary

*Fireplace is currently unavailable for guest use

During the colder months (Sept-May) we set the temperature at 21°C (69,8°F), which we find keeps the place sufficiently warm. Please let us know if you have special needs.

The public areas of our home are monitored and protected by the Ring Video and Audio Surveillance system, ensuring our guests instant communication with their host and top-quality security.
