Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a charming outdoor space with a private, enclosed garden—perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility. All outdoor furniture is available, including a barbecue and garden furniture to fully enjoy sunny days.

Inside, you'll discover a bright and airy living/dining room, flooded with light through its large bay windows. This inviting space is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs that can be converted into single beds with comfortable, real mattresses, along with a TV and Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, and there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

Upstairs, the mezzanine features a spacious room with two double beds placed at opposite ends for added privacy. Curtains are installed near the beds to create separate areas. The property is equipped with reversible air conditioning, both upstairs and downstairs, to ensure an ideal temperature in all seasons.

Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years old due to the steep staircase, which lacks child safety features. Additionally, as the upper floor is located under the eaves, you may need to crouch in certain areas.

The privileged location of the accommodation will allow you to take advantage of the numerous walking paths offered by the area, and the architectural treasures of Touraine (including the nearby Chenonceau castle).
A cooperative cellar 5 minutes walk away.
Several restaurants 5 minutes from the accommodation.
The Beauval Zoo is located approximately 30 minutes from the gîte.
Amboise is less than 20 minutes by car.
