Reservations for this home are Saturday to Saturday only.
Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.There is no cable TV.
An amenity wristband may be purchased at the clubhouse for persons over the age of six. The fee is $38 per person. A wristband is required to access all amenities, including the weekend beach shuttle bus. Renters will need a clubhouse card to get into the clubhouse. There is a $100 automatic charge for any lost or stolen or unreturned clubhouse cards.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
