Three of the bedrooms have smart TV’s, two of the large bedrooms have King Size beds with high thread count soft luxurious bedding and en-suites one is on the main floor, the other upstairs has the ability to sleep 4, with an added full size bed. The home has central air & heat as well as two mini splits for ultimate comfort throughout the home. Along with three fireplaces, one gas in the main living room, one electric in the dining room, and another electric in the game room.

In the morning enjoy an assortment of either Kuerig, Nespresso, or drip coffee. The home comes fully equipped with all the cooking, baking & serving essentials you will need. If you plan to host a dinner party, this mountain ranch has you covered!

The Property – The property includes two fire pits, one large stone pit with red Adirondack chairs, the other with a fire table, located out back. A new large 6 person hot tub, hammock, glider, deck with outdoor dining, front porch with rocking chairs, expansive yard for exploring, picnicking, or enjoying one of the outdoor games, creek running the length of the front yard and behind the larger fire pit and a large propane BBQ grill. The home sits on 10 acres which has plenty of space for the whole family and lets kids be kids. So get outside and enjoy the great outdoors.

Main Floor:

As you enter Golden Acres Ranch you will be on the main floor where the living room greets you with the stacked stone gas fireplace for effortless ambiance and warmth. A large sofa and big screen television, along with a comfy fireside sitting area with two chairs and ottomans. The main Living Room opens into a secondary sitting area with a Queen size sleeper sofa and desk space.

The first of the four bedrooms is the Bunk Room located just off the living room it features a clubhouse bunk bed along with a daybed that can be expanded into a King Size bed by adding an additional twin mattress, this bedroom can accommodate 4.

Through the Living Room just past the desk area on the left is the spacious main bathroom with a free-standing soaker tub, separate shower, and new vanity.

The center of the house is the well equipped kitchen and dining room. The dining space is spacious and inviting, lined with windows, & features a large table, a bar that connects to the kitchen, an electric fireplace, & wine fridge. The Kitchen is loaded with amenities like a stocked coffee/tea bar with a kuerig, Nepresso & drip coffee maker along with an assortment of coffee & tea, sugar & assorted creamer.

Just beyond the dining room is a large main floor king suite with ensuite bathroom, tv, separate sitting area and door to the back leading to the deck. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and massaging shower system.

As you make your way thru the kitchen you will find the game/family room space with large screen tv, fireplace, poker table, Pac-Man freestanding arcade game and convertible game table with ping pong, pool and foosball. Attached to the game room is a kids camp bedroom with tent bunk bed and play area.

UPSTAIRS- Upstairs you will find a large, wide open bedroom suite with plush King sized bed along with an additional full size daybed a television, sitting area and it’s own full bathroom.

All of the cabins amazing features allows you too effortlessly enjoy the amazing mountain air, beautiful outdoor space, creek and hot tub. At the end of the road is the beautiful Cullasaja River.
