LIVING AREAS

After a day on the slopes, make hot cocoa and gather around the wood-burning fireplace in the main living area, furnished with a sofa, love seat, and armchair. Watch favorite shows on the 50” cable TV.

Make some popcorn and have a movie night in the second living area, outfitted with a plush sleeper sofa and cable TV. Or treat yourself to an indulgent soak in the indoor hot tub.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of sleek appliances. Make morning coffee on the provided Keurig.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table with seating for up to eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This six-story home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the second living area.

Make yourself at home in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and cable TV. The en-suite master bathroom features an expansive walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. An en-suite second bathroom features two vanities and a walk-in shower.

Although no stairs are required to enter the home, there are multiple interior flights to access the six levels.

Nestled in the heart of Fraser just 7 miles north of the Winter Park ski area, this mountain townhouse is within walking distance of dining and shopping options.

Walk across the street to hop on the shuttle to the lifts at Winter Park Ski Resort. Or make the 6-minute drive to the Fraser Tubing Hill.

Hiking and biking trails abound in the surrounding area. Fish the Fraser River, bike on the Fraser Trail, or hike on one of the many routes in the surrounding Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests.

Wonderful Stay

The rental had everything we needed, since we made breakfast every day. Very convenient shuttle right outside the front door to the Winter Park ski slopes. House is super dog friendly, expect some dog hair. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms were stocked. Don't expect to dine out a lot. Most restaurants were short staffed, small and on long wait times.

six stayed at this condo for four days. We didn’t get in each others way unless we were in the kitchen. Everything was clean and plenty of cooking supplies were available.had to turn thermostat to 50 to be comfortable.

The area was great, the property not so.......

While the property was clean it is dated. There were a couple of screens that were in need of repair when we arrived and one of the windows wouldn’t operate properly. The hot tub never got hot enough to actually use it. The deck is so small that it was difficult for 4 people to comfortably enjoy it. As advertised it does not have air conditioning. We were there in mid June and it was very warm inside on several of the days. Ceiling fans would have helped but there wasn’t For the prices we paid, we were disappointed.

Great location!

Great house for my family’s 2-week stay in Fraser. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Convenient location with a Winter Park bus stop right across the street (1-min walk!), so easy to shuttle back and forth from the slopes. Hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived but the Turnkey staff were super responsive and ensured the problem was quickly addressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place with stunning views!!

Overall, we had an excellent stay!! The decor is updated, beds are comfortable, and the view is incredible!! Fraser is a great little town and the grocery store is conveniently close. The hot tub was definitely a favorite for my kids, they were in there at least twice a day! The washer and dryer are very convenient to have. We did have a surprise bear visitor one night that tried getting into the trash, luckily the trash was locked but it was pretty neat to see! 😊 The only downfalls were that I didn’t realize how much the elevation was going to effect me and the large number of stairs were difficult between the 5 floors, no AC with only 1 broken fan, and a nearby train that only seemed to bother me because I’m a light sleeper but the rest of my family didn’t notice. I still highly recommend this place! Just want to be honest about a few of these things. We had a cracked window and someone with maintenance was out there immediately. Impressive management team with great communication!

Great Colorado Getaway

We really enjoyed our time in Fraser! Nice town with a lot to offer!! I would have given a 5 star, however I feel like there are some things that could really use a little deeper clean and to be updated. Such as the washer and dryer, windows and screen door on deck. Just a little more TLC needed, otherwise thanks for sharing your rental with us!

Enjoyable stay

Property fit our needs and beautiful view of the mountains! We did have issues with the TV in the main living room area. It was not working and we called Turnkey customer support on the first day. They told us they would let someone know on the local team and that we would hear from someone that same day. We never heard from anyone on this matter. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

All-around great stay

My two college friends and I have been having an annual ski trip for almost 20 years now (usually staying in WP, Summit or Steamboat). This was the best floor plan and value we have experienced yet. Three bedrooms on three separate floors, each with its own bathroom, felt luxurious. Six floors in total, but its a split level, so its easy to get from the bottom floor (w/ hot tub) to the top. The kitchen pots/pans etc. were good quality and nothing much missing, so we ate in every night. Location is convenient to the grocery store (about a mile away) and free shuttle stop (across the street). Hot tub was working (heats up to 105), fairly clean, and large enough for three guys. All said, a very comfortable, self-contained unit. Why did I give four stars, rather than five? A few reasons: (1) no premium movie channels; (2) a Keurig in the kitchen, but no drip coffee maker, which required a trip to Safeway on Sunday morning, just to get a box of k-cups; (3) it would be nice to have a few more spices, rather than just salt and pepper; and (4) a gtreater variety of glass ware, including shot & whiskey glasses would be nice. Minor stuff, mostly related to kitchen, but that kind of reflects how comfortable we were in the unit. For the first time in 20 years, we did not go out for dinner/entertainment all week. Just didn't feel like leaving the unit, really. I would have given 4 1/2 stars if there was an option (I'm a stickler for perfect). I'd highly recommend this unit. To families or groups of friends.
