Welcome! Our mountain retreat offers an unforgettable experience. Enjoy skiing, outdoor activities, a hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, sleeping for 8+, heated garage, bikes, and nearby amenities. Come and create lasting memories with us!
Prepare to be enchanted by the breathtaking mountain view of Byers Peak and unforgettable sunsets that will leave you in awe. Immerse yourself in relaxation and tranquility as you soak in the panoramic beauty from the private hot tub.
Inside, you will find a thoughtfully designed house that offers both comfort and convenience. The property features two bedrooms, with a king bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed that includes a queen bottom and a twin XL on top in the second bedroom. There`s also a spacious loft area, complete with a full bed and a single hide-a-bed, providing additional sleeping space. The large living/dining room is perfect for gathering with loved ones, and it even includes a sofa sleeper for added flexibility.
Step outside onto the upstairs deck, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and indulge in outdoor meals prepared on the provided grill. The deck is furnished with comfortable seating, creating an ideal spot to unwind and soak up the natural beauty that surrounds you.
Come and experience the perfect blend of majestic mountain vistas, cozy accommodations, and a commitment to your comfort and safety.
We are ready to assist with anything you need, otherwise we will limit our interactions with each other as it is YOUR house for your time in the mountains.
The house is a short walk from everything you need: groceries, dinner, drinks, dispensary, and bus up to the ski resort and downtown Winter Park. There is an extensive trail system right outside the door that will provide you endless miles of biking or walking. You will be a short drive to world class skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, rafting, or boating, and less than an hour to the splendor of Rocky Mountain National Park. Don`t forget to adventure to the wonderful mountain towns (especially Grand Lake) that are dotted up and down the valley.
The train from Denver is within walking distance, a free bus will get you up and back to the resort or the downtown of Winter Park, or you can hop on the trail network to explore.
Great location within Fraser, you can get to everything with a short walk. You will need to walk up steps from ground level to enter the condo. Also, though the garage is attached to the condo, there is no direct access from inside the condo, you will need to walk outside down the steps.
✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
