Step into the past as you enter our charming historic home, filled with delightful remnants of a bygone era. Unwind in the cozy living room with a Smart TV, ensuring endless entertainment options. This home has thin walls that carry sound from the neighbors. We provide earplugs and white noise machines for comfort!

Please note this is a no-shoes home. This helps keep cleaning fees lower.

AMENITIES
We provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, dish detergent, towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, and a variety of spices. Other amenities for your comfort include makeup removal towels, blow dryer, feminine products and a first aid kit. These amenities are a great foundation! If you’d like extra items or have personal preferences, you are welcome to bring those. Please note that laundry is NOT available. A laundromat is nearby and offers pick up and drop off service.

Enjoy the entire home and enclosed backyard exclusively for your stay, ensuring utmost comfort and privacy. Rest easy knowing that a unique code will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival, guaranteeing secure access. Convenient off-street parking is available in the alley or street, just be mindful of any parking restrictions.
Other things to note
Please review these important rules before booking:

-Please remove shoes while in the home to keep the rugs clean.
-No smoking, extra guests, parties or events; excessive noise will be addressed.
-Use only toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues when flushing.
-No smoking or mailing packages to the home.
-Not suitable for children; no baby gates and a tall set of stairs inside and outside of the home.
-Check-in: 4PM onwards; Check-out: 10AM.
-Self check-in with keypad.
-Penalties for stolen items, smoking, late checkout, extra guests, and excessive cleaning.
