Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking/vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ PETS ALLOWED - $35/Stay ★
Don't you just hate leaving your furry bundles of joy at home when taking off to an unforgettable vacation? This time, you won't have to! We allow pets (up to 40 lbs) to join you on your trip and be a part of this exciting experience.

★ QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

This house has older pipes, so please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else.

**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:

NO SMOKING/VAPING IN THE HOUSE AT ALL
NO Excessive guests
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL from 10PM - 7AM! No loud music allowed. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit being retained. We must respect the peace of the community!
Do not leave the fire pit unattended while in use. Ensure fire is 100% extinguished after using.
The backyard lights are set to turn off after 10 pm to comply with the city's dark sky law. Do NOT tamper with the timer.
Keep hot tub completely covered when not in use. If the lid is left off, debris will gather and the hot tub will need to be drained. If drained, a hot tub cleaning fee will be imposed ($75).
Pets allowed for $35/pet fee. Max 40 lbs per pet.

Observe The City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM. Park all vehicles in the corresponding parking places. Place all trash in the trash containers or dumpster. There is a maximum of 6 overnight guests in house. The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting should be turned off when no one is present to use the lights. If Gillespie County has a burn ban issued during your stay, use of the fire pit will not be allowed. Every guest is required to comply with the City rules and regulations and are subject to fines for non-compliance.
