Great spot

House was great, location so close to Main St, no shower--only a tub with a removal shower head. Found a few unwanted bugs inside. Site should say friendly "cats" on property, they were nice but definitely more than one lol. The picture shows multiple "houses" that are split to accommodate more guests, wish the map that was on the table was included in the listing. Other than those things, we enjoyed our weekend together here.

Honestly the property was clean and GREAT location. However, based on the fact it was all in one room, with the exception of the potty. Taking a bath with no privacy is a little odd. I feel as though it was overpriced, especially with the VRBO fees that are added. It was not a "traditional bed & breakfast". No breakfast of any kind, no creamer for the coffee, not even a voucher for a muffin. It was a last minute booking for us, so our choices were limited. It is a great location and very clean.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, stores etc. The only issue was that the A/C in the unit is undersized. It was a little warm during the day. Other than that the stay was fantastic.

Well-furnished and comfortable room

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent a weekend in Fredericksburg and this was a very nice room in a small cottage. Has all the amenities you'll need, and there's a coffee shop next door. It's very close to main street and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location in town

Located right behind Main, this place is quaint and comfortable and a minute walk to shopping/restaurants. Being that close to Main it isn’t the quietest place we’ve ever stayed, but the noise wasn’t terrible. Comfortable bed was a plus, too!

Binky’s Summer Afternoon

We visited Binky’s Summer Afternoon for a Girl’s Weekend and loved every bit of it! It’s definitely more of a couples room with the big jacuzzi tub and romantic decor, but it was still perfect for a couple of besties visiting Fredericksburg for a girl’s weekend getaway. It was a great location one street over from Main St. It’s so close to tons of wineries/tasting rooms on 290. The management company was friendly and great to work with for our late check-in. They made check-in and out easy. I definitely recommend Binky’s place and can’t wait to try other properties this company has to offer.

Convenient location!

Great walking distance to all the action in town. Cute interior and the room stayed nice and cold! I would say the only downfall was the property landscaping. Had to almost fight our way thru the over grown flower beds to get to the door and we had the street facing cottage. Bummed the coffee shop next door (which I assume is owned by the property owners) was closed all weekend as well but not a deal breaker. The property managers were super friendly.

Super Cute Cottage Just off the Main Drag

We really enjoyed our stay here. Checkin process is very easy (though not located in the same area as the cottage) and the space was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Perfect for a romantic getaway that's next to everything but not directly on the main street of shops and restaurants. When I'm back in Fredericksburg without the kids, it'll be the first place I think of :)

Perfect Getaway

Stayed in Binky's Summer Afternoon. It was the perfect location to walk everywhere downtown. Parking was right in front and super convenient. No wifi but I wasn't in the room long enough for that to matter and I could have used my phone as a hot spot in a pinch. There was cable tv to unwind in the evening and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub. I would definitely come back again and stay.
