The Space:

This cozy two-bedroom lodge is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. The first bedroom is located on the main level and features a plush queen bed, while the upstairs loft offers another queen bed and two twin beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. A full kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease, whether you're making a hearty breakfast before heading into town or cooking up dinner after a day of exploring.

Just a scenic 20-minute drive from downtown, you’ll enjoy the serenity of the countryside without being too far from shops, restaurants, and attractions. Start your mornings with coffee on the front porch, unwind in the evening with a glass of wine in the cozy chairs, or head out to the back deck and take in a breathtaking view of the starlit sky.

As you relax on the property, don’t be surprised to see deer, wild turkeys, and a variety of birds pass by—wildlife lovers will feel right at home. Whether you're seeking quiet moments or quality time with loved ones, Cactus Flower Lodge is your perfect Hill Country escape.

Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $95 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-This unit will allow 2 dogs with a max weight limit of 50 lb combined.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



-Wood for the fire pit is not provided.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Check to see if the unit you are renting is pet friendly. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
