HOST - Private home to yourself, but the owner lives on the property in a separate home. Also, there are three other rentals on the property that may be occupied during your stay. The owner's home is approximately 230 feet from your cabin while the three other rentals are approximately 220 feet from your cabin.

The house is is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs. However, there is a pet fee of $33/dog/night. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, keep them on a leash when they are outdoors, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

Please know that the homeowner does have a Golden Retriever that will likely visit you during your stay. The dog is very friendly and gets along with other dogs.
