The Space:

Welcome to Cora Cottage, your vibrant retreat on a historic street in downtown Fredericksburg, where spacious interiors, charming decor, and a prime location await. From the inviting living spaces to the lush backyard oasis, this property offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Fredericksburg.



Step into the spacious living room, adorned with fun colors and furnished with two comfortable sofas, one of which is a full-size sleeper sofa. Gather with loved ones to watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or simply unwind and relax in this inviting space.



Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals together with family and friends. The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals during your stay, offering convenience and versatility.



Retreat to the comfort of three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation. Bedroom two features another king-size bed, while bedroom three offers a cozy queen-size bed. The second bathroom, shared between bedroom two and three, ensures convenience for all guests.



Step outside to the backyard oasis, where mature pecan trees provide shade and tranquility. Gather around the firepit with seating for six, perfect for cozy evenings spent under the starry sky. Additionally, the front patio offers seating for two, providing a charming spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

9. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

10. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am)

11. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

12. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

13. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
