Miss Thelma's | Cozy Country Retreat

The understated exterior of "Miss Thelma's House" belies the comforting elegance inside. The exterior board and batten material is reclaimed barn wood, that has character and an excellent patina. The owner is so proud to be able to allow these time worn materials a proper place for many more years. The interior welcomes you with soft colors and lovely furniture. The house, named in loving memory of the owner's mother, is so much like her; graceful, peaceful and beautiful!

LOCATION - Located on a horse farm 3 miles north of Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX
HOST - You have the cabin to yourself, but there are two other cabins onsite & your hostess & caretaker both live on the property. The other cabins are approximately 40 feet away from your cabin while your host's home is approximately 130 feet away.
SLEEPS - 2 people in a king bed
BATH - 1 full bath; a jetted tub with a rain shower head & a handheld shower wand
KITCHEN - Coffeebar with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster & traditional coffeemaker
AMENITIES - TV, WiFi, communal outdoor seating around a wood firepit (firewood provided), charcoal grill, covered front porch, 50 acres to walk around, a creek on the property with seating

There are livestock on the property but they are not available to ride nor should they be fed or petted.

You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
