Step inside and immerse yourself in the inviting atmosphere of the living room, featuring a wood-burning fireplace that fills the space with warmth and ambiance. Sink into the plush couch and unwind while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, creating the perfect setting for relaxation after a day of exploring the town.



Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with all the essentials for preparing light meals and snacks during your stay. The comfortable four-poster queen bed beckons you to enjoy a restful night's sleep, enveloped in cozy linens and surrounded by the charming ambiance of the casita. The full bathroom offers convenience with a walk-in shower, providing a refreshing start to your day or a soothing retreat at night.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

For a more flexible and relaxed wine-tasting experience, the 290 Wine Shuttle provides a convenient way to hop between wineries, departing from downtown Fredericksburg and making stops at select wineries every 10 minutes on Fridays and Saturdays.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
