The Space:

Escape to the perfect blend of comfort and charm at The Vines, a charming retreat with six thoughtfully crafted cabins surrounded by peaceful landscapes and natural beauty. Step into the Shiraz Cabin, where an open layout invites you to relax in style. Sink into the plush king-sized bed, lounge on the cozy chaise, or catch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The cabin also features a quaint dining area, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave for added convenience. Year-round comfort is ensured with a mini-split air conditioner and heater, while the bathroom delights with a beautifully tiled shower.



Outdoors, let nature be your companion. Watch the sunrise or a stunning Texas sunset from the front porch rocker, or end your day stargazing in the soothing warmth of the hot tub. (Please note the hot-tub sits right next to the cabin and is not fenced so it is visible from the other cabins)



The communal game room and outdoor area are the perfect hubs for entertainment and relaxation. Inside, the game room offers two inviting seating areas, each with a television for your enjoyment, along with a variety of games, including a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, Jenga, and Connect Four. Outside, the rooftop deck provides a stunning spot to gather, watch the sunset, or enjoy an alfresco meal fresh off the grill. Just in front of the game room, the outdoor area features picnic tables, cornhole, plenty of seating, and two firepits, creating an ideal setting for memorable evenings under the stars.

Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $75 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

- Max number allowed for this unit is 2.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-Pets are required to be kept in a kennel when no one is present in the cottage.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via email.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
