The Space:

This Charleston-style row house is located in the popular Marina Village. The home has 3 bedrooms, all with TVs and balconies, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps eight guests. The home is less than a 5-minute bike or golf cart ride from the beach. Amenities such as the Marina pool, the Bonito Boathouse, boat launch, and excursions are just steps from the home.



This property was also featured on an HGTV beachfront show. The living room and master bedroom have screened-in porches overlooking Old House Creek, the marsh, and beautiful sunsets. These porches provide an opportunity for guests to view dolphins and a variety of other wildlife! There are also balconies complementing the other guest rooms with views of Fripp Island Marina and the pool. The master bathroom includes a large jetted tub. The living room, boasting a 65" TV, kitchen, and dining are open for easy entertaining.



Hunting Island State Park and Historic Beaufort are also just a short distance from the island home. After a fun day at the beach enjoy your favorite beverage in the backyard while grilling dinner or play some games of foosball. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Fripp Island and everything that the Lowcountry has to offer!



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Island Bites for some ice cream!

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards, a value of up to $400! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
