Welcome to 158 Beach Club Villa, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo nestled on scenic Fripp Island. This end-unit, ground-floor villa offers ultimate convenience and serene coastal living with expansive canal and marsh views that create the perfect Lowcountry backdrop.



Inside, the king-sized primary bedroom features an en suite bath for added privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen and twin bed, making it ideal for family or guests. A second full bath is located just off the hallway for easy access.



Enjoy the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious laundry area, and a screened porch outfitted with a cozy bistro table — perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching the wildlife in the marsh. A park grill is also included for effortless outdoor dining.



Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Also included in your rental are up to 5 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about 6 and 1/2 square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and 3 and 1/2 miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Perfect weekend and great host!

Location of condo was perfect and super convenient. Host was very responsive and helpful. We took our dog to the beach for the first time and loved having the back balcony door to easily access the lawn behind the condo. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect condo for an extended stay

My husband and I stayed here for the month of March to escape the cold winter in Maine. It was everything we were looking for. We loved Fripp so much we are buying a place of our own!

Good clean place to stay. Quick walk to the beach.Watch an eagle steal a fish from a fish hawk.The eagle had to hide in the tall marsh weeds near us with his fish waiting until the fish hawk gave up on attacking.

Winter stay

Overall it was a wonderful property and very clean. The only issues were that they were doing renovation construction next door so workers were constantly walking behind the condo past the open porch.Also I would recommend bringing your own small grill as the community grills are in the open and rusty.. Next time I wouldn’t bother getting the club card.We definitely would come back again. Beaches are very nice too!

Carol was very responsive and the unit was comfortable and in a very convenient location. Before we arrived we were told that the dryer wasn't working but Carol gave us access to a dryer in another unit which was a big help although it was inconvenient

Lovely condo with lovely view

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The view was just lovely. Also, as an end unit, it had a more expansive view and extra windows. The unit was very thoughtfully updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, the dryer was broken during our stay, but the owner of the property allowed us to use another property of theirs for laundry and was prompt about calling the repair people.

Attention to Detail!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and inviting. The screened in porch was such a nice place to start the morning and end the day. Attention was paid to all the details. We were there during Hurricane Helene and experienced a power outage. There was a box of lanterns, flashlights and candles! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect Fripp vacay

We loved everything about this rental! The location was wonderful and close to the center of the island with the Beach Club pool, tennis courts, arcade and shops. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful week on Fripp!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 + pup! The central location was awesome - close enough to walk to food and drink options, pools, beach & other activities (our kids enjoyed the small arcade one afternoon & the logo store had some great finds!) We loved the deer that were right out our back door each morning, used the fishing dock every day (caught a lot, including a decent size red drum!), and once we arrived we parked our car and used the golf cart the entire week to explore the island! The inside of the property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Check in was as easy as could be & communication with owner was great! We loved that this was an end unit & had both front and back entrances (must use front for keypad/to unlock). The screened in porch was perfect to sip morning coffee & also see the beautiful sunset sky over the marsh. We kept our fishing & beach gear out here and the back door allowed for easy access. Our few tips - rent a golf cart!!; bring produce & meat if you don’t want to have to leave the island - there are a few small stores with most necessities but not fully stock grocery stores; make sure you explore the whole island - we loved walking/riding around to soak it all in. We walked the entire length of the island on the ocean side. Its beautiful! Lots of nature & wildlife to see and our kids enjoyed all of the pools! A great first week on Fripp and we will be back! 10/10 recommend!

Just try to keep us away...

We have stayed in many units on Fripp over the years, but this one was our favorite by a mile. Perfectly updated, located, decorated and maintained. The screened porch was such a nice treat, the bedding was super comfortable with soft linens, thick bath towels (and plenty of them), pet friendly (but you would never know it), ceiling fans and properly working a/c, and much to our delight, a large TV in every room with so many channels!!!! We were completely rained out on Sunday, so this was awesome to have. You can walk or ride right across the street to the beach access, the fitness area, pool and club. I have just one "complaint", with a side note that it won't stop us from returning again and again. The building insulation between the floors is thin, so you can hear the footfalls of the upstairs residents pretty well (not their conversations or the TV, just the steps). It's not something that would bother you during the day let's say, but if they happen to stay up late and you go to bed early...it might. I turned our sound machine way up and it was fine. I considered it a small price to pay for such an amazing space. Thank you for showing such care for your guests and the personal touches meant so much.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a great location.....just a quick walk across the street to get to the beach! The villa was very clean and had everything that our family of five needed! Love the peaceful screened-in porch! This was also our first time bringing our two pups.....Bailey and Sadie! We made wonderful family memories and look forward to our next trip!
