Welcome to 36 Davis Love, a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bath home nestled along the popular Ocean Creek Golf Course on Fripp Island. This inviting retreat combines comfort, style, and a unique layout perfect for families and groups. Located on the famous Davis Love Drive, this home is located on the south side of Fripp just a short golf cart ride away from the Ocean Marina and Store, Bonito Boathouse and Cabana Club. This property will comfortably accommodate 8.

Step inside to an open living concept featuring a spacious great room, dining area, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This cottage is designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a large screened in porch offering additional seating. The grill and outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying island evenings overlooking the golf course.

The first level includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen and a full bed, private en-suite baths, and direct access to a shared deck. One guest bathroom has a tub shower combo and the laundry room, while the other has a step-in shower. Upstairs, the king suite offers the ultimate escape with its en-suite bath and step-in shower, along with double sinks. Take in the view from your private balcony overlooking Davis Love Drive.

A unique feature of this home is the convenient parking for 4 in the front and the main entry porch on the back facing the golf course. Other features include full size kitchen appliances, stocked houseware and utensils, Keurig and drip coffee machines, a crock pot and a gas and charcoal grill in the sitting area. There are 4 TVs in the property, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, with high-speed wireless internet allowing you to access your favorite streaming applications.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
