The Space:

Enjoy an island getaway in this beautifully landscaped, custom-built home on a secluded lot set back from the road. With great views of the 12th fairway and green on the Ocean Point Golf Links, this home offers modern conveniences for a relaxing stay. Spread out and enjoy a primary suite on both the upper and lower levels; 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths provide space for up to 10 guests.



You will find a total of 3 bedrooms on the entry-level. The primary bedroom on this level is a queen ensuite with a shower/tub combo. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds, each have their own ensuite vanity and toilet, and share a Jack-and-Jill-style shower/tub combo. This level offers a laundry room and a common area that opens to a screened porch overlooking the golf course, with plenty of space for the entire family.



The open-concept upper level offers a large living room, vaulted ceiling, dining area, and kitchen; ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen with a wine fridge is a cook's delight. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining room or out on the upper deck overlooking the golf course. The upper-level primary bedroom is a king ensuite with a double vanity and a multi-head spa shower. Also on this level, a quiet study provides a nice space to get remote work done, or just slip away to read a book.



When you are ready to head out, you can choose the short walk to the beach or hop in your 4-seater golf cart (included with rental) to explore the Island. You are just minutes from island dining, golf, tennis, the marina, and of course, those beautiful Fripp beaches!

Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island offers a wide variety of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, six tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
